It was good location but it doesn’t not reach to 5 stars.

Was terrible experience
I flew from the UK in order to meet my Wife in Rabat
Was a very beautiful city but the experience in the hotel ruined it .
I did not know i need to provide marriage certificate in order to book same room me and my wife I never came across such situation it was 1 am and I could not do much about it .
The guy in the reception asked me if I can provide him with a copy sent by one member of my family in the morning and I said that's fine I will do that but he immediately changed his mind again saying you know what I'm still afraid this may not work
They made me pay for supper ate room for her and the greedy thing is they charged me almost the double price of my original booking .
My wife stood there with me in the reception nearly one hour trying to sort this issue we were genuinely very embarrassed they literally ruined our visit to Rabat plus the hotel is not even worth to be rated 5 star hotel

The service was good and the staff were friendly. However, the rooms and the facilities looked extremely out-of-date and old. This hotel needs full refurbishment and a complete redecoration.

A hotel far from a 5-star...
- Decor that hasn't been updated since the 1970s
- Musty or damp smell in the rooms
- Paper walls, you can hear children crying from other rooms in the middle of the night
- 4 TV channels
- Not always sure you'll be able to find towels
- 2 orange juices cost 150 dirhams...

Clean hotel, pool upstairs.
Everything is old but functional.
Forget the soundproofing in the rooms; I had a sea view, and I could hear the tram, cars, and my neighbor with his TV on at 6:30.
