Very quiet area, great for alone time and relaxation. Onsen was great but was abit disappointed that there is only one.

The room service was making of the bed only, a simple bottle of champagne and glass couldn’t be picked up nothing else was sorted we didn’t even have water in the room, the restaurants had to be booked 10 days in advance and they’re only for inhiuse guests so I’m confused why I had to book 10 days in advance that includes breakfast which we had to book a day in advance if you don’t have space at least offer room service, nothing was offered, not even an umbrella when it rained I had to ask. Service 0, location wasn’t the best either, would not suggest what so ever.

Incredible experience, zen concept from A to Z. Perfect to escape the noise and sounds of the city for a moment of pure relaxation forgetting time and stress! They don’t even have clocks! Slightly disappointing hot springs, as in it’s just one big pool, no cold pool or whirlpools (maybe the spa package offers these?!) incredibly friendly and helpful staff.

I am a big fan for Onsen. Hoshinoya Tokyo is the spot of luxury and comfort rest. Otemachi is a busy district but not very convenient for shopping and sightseeing on foot distance.

The entrance of hotel is very complicated and not very well indicated. The main entrance was beautifully designed. Very disappointed with the service that was very slow and inefficient. The room is quite small and has no view. Really expecting more from the hotel at this price. Experience that doesn’t want to be repeated.

Located in the prime location of Otemachi. Checking in to the hotel is full of ceremony. But for the price of 13,000, the room is not big. Much smaller than the nearby Amman. Guests who really like traditional Japanese culture will prefer Hoshinoya. From decoration to service, it is low-key (very low-key) luxury, with great attention to details. It is a pilgrimage site for hotel professionals, but for ordinary travelers, the cost performance is too low.

The Japanese inn model is placed in a Western hotel. The overall experience is good, and you can soak in hot springs. It is a bit strange to eat breakfast in the room, which requires service staff to frequently go in and out of the room. Secondly, it takes too long to check in, which does not meet the waiting time of this service standard.

The service is very good, the snacks provided are also of good quality, and the restaurant is also good, but the breakfast and dinner content is a bit repetitive. The hot spring is OK, and the milk provided is also very good, but there are a few dressing tables, which is a bit crowded when there are many people. Parking requires going to the basement, and the ground cannot be opened to the door, which is a little inconvenient

The room is relatively small, and the design is similar to that of domestic express hotels. The bathroom is separated from the room by glass. The hotel facilities are not that many. There is no swimming pool or gym, and you have to pay to use the ones outside. There is a public lounge in the middle of each floor where you can drink water, but there are not many kinds of drinks. There are snacks but they are not delicious. There are windows, but they can hardly be opened because they will face the office building outside. Overall, it is not worth the price. Advantages: The service attitude is good, and you have to change your shoes when entering the hotel, which is more interesting, and there are some traditional Japanese styles.

The guest room is very ordinary, especially the glass bathroom, which is very inconsistent because the whole house is in the original wood state.

This is a hotel that I deify. The hygiene, service, facilities and hot springs are all impeccable. The only minor flaw is that the tatami bamboo mat in the room smells too bad.

I saw the introduction of this hotel a long time ago and have always had an obsession with it. This time I can be considered a wish-fulfilling trip. The hotel is very luxurious and the service is very good. After entering, it feels a bit like a maze. The room is not big, and the hygiene is pretty good.
