Because the boss was busy, it was a bit like a semi-self-service check-in. After checking in, there were a lot of things I didn’t understand because there was no one to guide me. There are no details on meal times, room cleaning times or check-in details. I only found out by asking myself. It doesn't feel very good actually Breakfast was delicious! Very rich! The boss also provided takeaway breakfast the next day for our convenience. The bed was partially stained and there was a lot of hair on the floor The rest is pretty clean. But on the second day, the room had not been cleaned As soon as I entered the room, it was full of garbage, the bed was messy, and even the bath towels were not given new ones. As a result, we took the initiative to call and inquire because the boss was still not there the next day. After calling, the boss said that the cleaning lady did the wrong cleaning, but she could only deliver bath towels and garbage bags to us later. From the first day to the end, there was no apology or explanation. It seems like it's all natural, it doesn't matter, it feels so bad Even when I asked for the children’s bathing supplies, I took them upstairs myself. Of course the room is nice and big, and it comes with a water-cooled fan, and the breakfast is delicious, but the check-in service and attentiveness are really a big deduction. For me, the room is very important, but service and conversation are more important.

They don't take you up and show you the equipment in the room. The reception staff has a stinky face. They may have been sitting there all day waiting for guests to check in! The interior decoration of the room is very beautiful, the space is large, the equipment is very complete, and the stay is very comfortable!

The B&B has an elevator, so you don’t have to worry about climbing stairs to carry your luggage. The whole B&B is very beautiful and carefully decorated. It’s easy to take pictures everywhere. There are front and rear balconies in the room. The view is great. You can see many F16s flying around in the morning. Excited 🤣🤣, the bed is very big and comfortable, the softness and firmness are moderate, the sound insulation is very good, the TV is very high definition, but unfortunately the video is not open, the hair dryer is very powerful and easy to use, the air conditioner is super strong, it gets cold quickly, there is no clothes in the bathroom The place is quite inconvenient. I will come here next time I come to Hualien.

入住VIP房，有前後陽台，房間寬敞，沒有拘束及壓迫感。屋內有電梯，即使是4樓的房間，也不用扛行李上樓。適合注重品味及個人空間的你。

一樓旁廳設計很美，白天晚上看起來感覺不一樣，房間很大，電視也很大，陽台也很大，落地窗更大！ 電梯很方便，不用扛行李，謝謝

民宿感覺的出來很用心做房間的設計，但是服務欠佳，而且冷氣空調有問題，處理方式讓人感覺不是很舒服，價格部分沒有特別划算，而且一進門一樓跟樓梯間都是沒有開冷氣的，這個炎熱的夏天，房間一進門也是完全沒有冷氣的，開了一個半小時還沒涼，主動反應後店家只跟我說要等比較久，反應第二次後給我們換房間，但一樣冷氣也等很久才涼，隔天換了另外一家民宿，都會先主動電話確認我們的行程，寄放行李後還會主動告訴我們哪裡好玩，重點是民宿老闆還會先幫我們冷氣開好，希望店家可以改進！
