AAnonymous Userwe like the place , but the room is too old, expensive for the small room , the water heater is not running , but it's good , all are good and clean , the place are so good there's alot to see , and i like the cleanliness , i hope to improve the rooms , and also I don't understand the food voucher they say , expensive for 2pax delicious but the food are not so many as i expected , we will going back but only for a day tour
YyassymagsWe stayed for a night before going to Cagbalete Island. The port to the island is around half kilometer from the hotel.
There is a restaurant on the ground floor. If you wanted outside food, there are convenience stores and eateries around.
Best things are the free WiFi, hot shower, and free breakfast.
The staff are really nice and the food is good. :)
FFULGENCIO OBADOThe hotel is very clean it’s in the hearth of lucena city, bed is firm and pillow the bed sheet is just thin not enough to keep you warm, the staff are very helpful and polite, AC is working good with hot water in the shower. They also provide toothbrush. The only problem is they don’t have elevator for the senior or person with disability, but for those bag packer and able to climb the 3 plight or stairs up to the 3rd floor this is perfect for you.
WWithmyAusomeKidYou can actually pay for 12hrs stay only but there's no option here and we end up paying full amount but stayed less than 12hrs. The owner was nice and accommodating. It's great for short staying guests. They have a big rooms also for big families.
GGuest UserThe location is good. The room is clean. The buffet breakfast is also good. I booked 2 superior rooms for overnight stay on May 6 to 7. We encountered 2 incidents that happened when we were already on our deep sleep because we came from a long travel and was really tired, but was disturbed when a hotel staff knocked on our door at around 12:30 AM asking us if we ordered mineral water which we never did. And the other incident happened on the room of my brother wherein they were already sleeping but disturbed by a call from the reception around 1:00AM telling them if they are expecting a guests/visitors because there are visitors in the lobby but my brother didn't expect any guests . It was our first time to stay on this hotel and we were expecting a good and right service but unfortunately we experienced this kind of incidents. We also encountered problem on 1 superior room wherein TV is blurred and the aircon is not cold . They change the room to 1 single bed and just add a bed on the floor which for us is a downgrade.
FFulgencio PolThis hotel part of the NOVOTEL chain I believe asI always booked with them any chance When I travel although some hotel location seems not properly maintained, although this location in Lucena is a great deal, they have elevator service, the room is cleaned and wide big bed firm and pillows firm comfortable, had a table lamp ac is split type so it’s quiet and working, enough size bathroom, wide hallway, My only dislike is that they don’t provide water and hot water or kettle for a coffee, they have a water dispenser in the ground floor of which charge 10 pesos per refill and 10 pesos if you ask a hot water to deliver to your room although you can get a free hot water in dispenser had to bring your own mug or cup. The staff are very strick on policy regarding the time check in and check out if you want to ask for a extension 200 pesos per hour. Other than that I cannot complain the comfortable they bring. Very quiete during the night.
MMirrelIt’s an old hotel in downtown Lucena. Had a hard time confirming my reservation when I called them letting them know that we will check in late. Our room got upgraded but again, the hotel is old.
