"The room was very comfortable. The service when I arrived was less friendly and more official for what I used to get here. The girl at checkout however was very friendly. I didn’t get much sleep due to very noisy people after midnight."
"This is the best travel and accommodation experience so far! The room is clean and tidy, and the hygiene is perfect~ It feels like returning home. The uncle and aunt of the landlord are warm and friendly, and I was lucky enough to be invited to chat and drink with them on the last night! The uncles and aunties of the landlord are all very good and interesting people! This stay also made our trip an unforgettable experience.
Not to mention the view! Photos can’t capture half of what you see with the naked eye! When I wake up in the morning, I feel like I'm in a fairy tale~"
"This is a hotel run by Indians. Disadvantages are general hygiene, carpets and toilets are not carefully cleaned, and the tables and chairs on the balcony are all gray, not for people to sit at all.
The advantages are large, the living room is very large, the bedroom is also very large, and two bathrooms. Suitable for two to three families together."
"Stayed for four nights, it was great, it was the best memory of the trip, the villa was big, clean, fully equipped, kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom appliances are all high-end. The lake view is also very beautiful, you can see different views in different weather, the price-performance ratio is very high, very enjoyable. It may take about 20 minutes to walk to the town. Before leaving, we got the enthusiastic and patient help of Ms. Alana, who helped us retrieve the lost items, thank you very much. Highly recommended."
"My family loved this accommodation. We especially love its proximity to the town centre. We do not need to drive to the town centre, thereby saving us the hassle of finding a car park lot for our rental car.
Our unit comes with 2 twin beds, which is ideal for my two growing kids. The bedrooms are predominantly white theme, which is what we absolutely love.
The bathrooms are very clean and hotel like.
We like the washer and dryer too. We would have hope for a unit with a better view, though we do get to see mountains when we look up.
All I can say is that we love it!"
"This Holiday Park was very clean for us and a child. The facilities provided here exceed expectations where there is a place to cook.
A very strategic location with the town of Queenstown only walking distance to the beautiful lake.
The staff here are also very helpful by providing advice to us where we plan to go skiing and are advised to go early in the morning with the weather forecast being quite good in the morning at 10.00 am."
"It was a very smart decision to choose this hotel for our last night on the South Island. Its close proximity to the airport was incredibly convenient for returning our rental car that evening and catching our early morning flight the next day. The hotel itself was lovely, with spacious rooms and a large, very comfortable bed."

Great
AAnonymous UserBrilliant place like all haka houses are! Very clean and huge kitchen area, nice lounge area as well! Toilets were clean. Only downside is that there is advertised private parking but when I got there the car park was full with about 6 cars in it! This means you have to either park on the street or go up a huge hill and park outside houses just to get to your car! Wasn’t made clear.
ZZXJS6Great rooms with a beautiful view of the mountains! The receptionist was very kind from the first day, and the breakfast buffet was splendid too. I truly enjoyed my stay here, as a solo traveller, the place is perfect. A walking distance to the busstop, laundry with a dryer provided, and my room was next to the spa with the hot tubs so my day was pretty perfect!
YYA FANGI won’t recommend it,they couldn’t find my booking under my name so they charged me again. when I told them that I didn’t get the refund, they said they’ll send an email to manager, but they did nothing until I called them and asked. They only took it seriously when I asked their manager’s contact. It took so long to get my refund and I had to pay transaction fees!!
We booked the sauna when we checked in,then the next day we went to the reception, they said they couldn’t find my booking again, and they didn’t even apologise for that,it’s all just ridiculous!
DDragan S**Great Stay with Stunning Views**
I had a fantastic stay at **La Quinta by Wyndham Remarkables Park Queenstown**. The hotel is modern, clean, and well-maintained, with spacious rooms that offer beautiful mountain views. The bed was very comfortable, and the in-room amenities, including a kitchenette and laundry facilities, were a great bonus.
The location is excellent—close to the airport, shops, and restaurants, yet quiet and peaceful. It’s also a convenient base for exploring Queenstown and the surrounding areas. The staff was friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable.
Overall, a great choice for a comfortable and convenient stay in Queenstown. Highly recommend!
Ssuper酷酷鴨Stayed here for two days in a row. The location is very good. I chose it because the introduction said there is free parking. Currently, this youth hostel has 3-4 parking spaces in front of the door, first come first served. Otherwise, you need to go to Hamilton Road to find one (which is often full). You need to bring your own shower gel and shampoo, which is not very convenient. Other than that, I can give it a very high score. The youth hostel has cooperation discount codes with some attractions, you can ask the front desk to get them. If you are traveling alone, I still recommend them.
LLandersMercure Queenstown Resort has offered very good services with great hospitality. The room given has a great view overseeing a big lake right from the middle. Livin (A name for New Zealander, I suppose) offered great hospitality for us and even treated us a VIP favour by giving an in room slipper.. thank you.. if you are lucky you can even spot a double rainbow…
Superb.. love Queenstown and Mercure Resort..
Also Accor membership is usable here.. bravo..
WWendylwwBooked double room without window. The location is perfect, we parked opposite Lylo with parking rate 3.50 per hour . Parking free from 6pm to 8am.
the room is small but is acceptable as it’s located at the centre. but there is no heater/ air con in the room.
GGuest UserSwiss Belsuites was our favourite accommodation across the 9 accommodations we stayed during our holiday in New Zealand! We absolutely love how spacious the place is. Huge cooking space with a comfortable living room with a large L-shaped sofa made for many nights in to cook our own dinner, which was made even easier with the provision of two dishwashing machines and almost every cooking equipment/cutleries you may need. It is also the only accommodation where we got to enjoy using a smart TV where we could easily use our own subscription accounts (via scanning QR codes) to stream videos during our dinners. The bedroom is also really comfortable and the toilet was very clean as well. We also had our washing machine and dryer, which was really useful as we were in New Zealand for two weeks. The best part of our stay was the view of Lake Wakitipu which we could enjoy from our living room. Was such a great stay that we were so sad to check out at the end. Highly recommended!!
FFirew DemelashI had 3 night Copthorne Hotel and Resort
Queenstown Lakefront the room is clean and basic the bed comfortable l had a good sleep the room to big even had a good seating area coffee tea in the room TV had variety of choices however the bathroom that not that great they need to get rid of that bath basin I am not sure what is purpose? The shower curtain so cheap common if you charge your guests a top dollars you can afford a decent shower curtain it New Zealand not a 3rd world country. All the Wi-fi so terrible even basic email take time to download also what is deposit for if you don't have any minibar in the room? I think all those can improve a good management I had pizz one night taste good anyway this Queenstown accommodation always in short that way they don't care still a good place to crush a big hot two.
GGuest UserA great experience for a female solo traveler. I
Pros
I shared a female dorm with three other women and had a great time getting to know those coming in and out. The shared bathroom was always clean (cleaned every day).
The communal kitchen is large and well-organised. You can make use of condiments that get left behind. As it was still cold, there are always fires burning both in reception and the common room. It makes the atmosphere very cosy.
The best service I got was from their information desk, which is located in the reception area. As I didn't have a credit card and businesses like Snowbiz in town don't accept cash, I was able to pay for ski passes and rental by making a booking at the service desk (they have a card machine and also accept cash).
Cons
This side of the hostel where my room was located, just experiences a lot of noise, as there are bars down below, despite the sliding door being sound-proof. Not all the reading lamps for each bed work and also need to be fixed. The shower leaked a lot of water, as the glass door doesn't properly close.
Overall though, a great stay and value for money. You do save on accommodation, as QT is an expensive town to visit.
