"I won’t recommend it,they couldn’t find my booking under my name so they charged me again. when I told them that I didn’t get the refund, they said they’ll send an email to manager,but they did nothing until I called them and asked. They only took it seriously when I asked their manager’s contact.It took so long to get my refund and I had to pay transaction fees!! We booked the sauna when we checked in,then the next day we went to the reception,they said they couldn’t find my booking again,and they didn’t even apologise for that,it’s all just ridiculous!"

The time that we visited (May) meant that it was slightly too cold to be out on the balcony for too long, but the views that we enjoyed out of the window were magnificent. When the first arrived the lady on the front desk was very friendly, and helpful. We had asked for a double bed and had been allocated two single beds. She quickly contacted the ladies from house keeping and they very kindly sprung into action to help rectify the situation. The housekeeping staff were nice and pleasant, and the location was just right for us to get out and about visiting some of the local attractions like the Kiwi birdlife park. The big plus about staying at the highview apartments was having a parking space. When you visit queenstown you'll soon find out that in some places finding a parking space is like gold dust."
