CCassie YThe room facilities are average, but the service is very warm. I participated in the local welcome event in the evening. It felt great. You can walk around the palace like a fairyland. The breakfast is great.

OO SullivanThe staff were very good at reception. One order from the kitchen was omitted but it was a new guy. The reception quickly fixed it up and gave complimentary food so it was very nice of them. Fast to respond. Rooms are gorgeous and quite cheap so I’d recommend it to anyone

AAgina SunilWhile the hotel boasts a range of facilities and enjoys a favourable location, there are areas that require attention. The cleanliness standards are average, and some of the bathroom fittings are damaged, contributing to a water drainage issue. Notably, water tends to flow onto the bathroom floor when flushing the bathtub. And we had to wait almost 2 hrs to get the cleaning services to arrive.
