A staff member at the front desk was incredibly helpful; after check-in, she proactively sent a message with thoughtful tips on how to use the smart home voice activation system and even pointed out the location of the remote controls. Her service was meticulous and professional, making me feel truly at home. I would definitely choose to stay here again because of her warm and attentive service. The upgraded room featured a smart voice assistant, activated by 'Hello, Jinjiang', and they even offered convenient robot delivery services for takeaways and water. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Feihe Bridge. After dinner, we enjoyed a leisurely stroll along the lake and across the bridge, truly soaking in the relaxed, vacation-like atmosphere."
