"Value for money is okay. Living on the ground floor will be disturbed by the sound of parting, but the upper floors are not bad. The main reason for staying here is the price. The sheets and bedding are quite clean, and I also need a bicycle."

"I stayed here alone as a woman. It was very good. The front desk staff were kind, the hotel room was clean and I had no problems at all. Darling Harbor is right there, and it's also close to Sea Life Aquarium and Queen Victoria, so it's very accessible. I was very grateful that there was a free water server (probably on each floor?). I would like to stay at this hotel again if I come to Sydney."

"Location excellent just needs a few hooks and shelves/rails to put things on plus longer shower curtains or lower the rail no matter how you try the water goes everywhere saying all of this though enjoyed our stay and would return"

"I loved this quirky wee hotel! Staff were always helpful and friendly, the room was quiet, spotless and comfortable and it's in a lovely position close to Darling Harbour - so easy to get into the CBD. There's an on site restaurant, I only had breakfast once during my stay but that's only because I had plans most days so had brekkie out - It was fabulous! 100% recommend this smashing hotel!"

"Stayed 2 nights, location was not bad, more quieter in comparison to CBD area and Pitt Street. Staff explained a lot during check-in. It is a nice place to stay if you have plans for watching the performance or ********. Great restaurants nearby and the food court downstairs is packed. There’s a Coles just across the street so you can also pick up some groceries easily."

"Wonderful stay, clean comfortable grand suites , loved the breakfast buffet with extra things offered there than what is usually available in other similar hotel chains. Felt every thing were somewhat grander but well kept and clean ,even though the interiors looked little dated"

"A group of us stayed here for a couple of nights. The location is really good, especially when you're having a meeting or convention nearby. The building and the rooms are all quite dated, but at least the rooms were acceptably clean. Bed was also alright. The building felt like a really old dormitory. However, something that happened kind of put us off. We checked in and were taking a nap as we were tired. All of a sudden someone opened the door and two other guests came in. We were all of course shocked and apparently the front desk double booked the same room. Went to the front desk, no apologies but just an acknowledgement. At least it was resolved pretty quickly."

"We had a fantastic stay. Right in Darling Harbour, we went to the maritime museum and aquarium and animal park and the imax cinema. We went to the little snail restaurant. Yes there is a construction site in front but from our room you could still see the water and buildings lit up at night and I didn’t mind watching the cranes at work. I have to compliment the hotel on the temperature of the room, it was perfect, we didn’t touch the aircon control at all."

"If the female is single .. It is recommended not to live, there is no elevator! I was almost out of gas with two suitcases .. Although the first floor staff helped me move up, can I understand how I feel when I check out ... Well, because I live in the highest building (the third floor) I Feeling extremely cold .. I also turned on mobile heating ... I have a small bar and a small refrigerator..I do n’t have a toothbrush, I have towels, others, I have a TV, but I did n’t turn it on because the first floor is a local ghost restaurant It ’s opposite (the sound insulation is not good enough to hear the traffic on the road). Walk five minutes away from The Star. There is a supermarket behind The Star. The function is not bad. I did n’t brush the toilet .. I cleaned it myself and saw that there are still traces in the toilet (I do n’t know if it ’s piss or urine ...) I did n’t care about it anymore, I put it on the toilet and finished.
