Pyrmont Hotels with Wifi

The room is small and compact but well-designed and functional. There is no wasted space at all. A large person might find getting around the room a little awkward. Whilst it doesn't have a gym on-site it is in partnership with Snap Gym which is about a 5 mins walk up the road. Location wise, it is a great alternative to the Star Grand. The only drawback I found is with the curtains as they don't fully block out the sunlight so sleeping in could be a bit tricky if you are that way inclined.

I got a package of breakfast, plus a $50 daily meal voucher and parking. Though we didn't drive there. By doing that we saved quite a lot. The food of in room dining was amazingly delicious, but not cheap. Using the $50 voucher we didn't have to pay much extra. We are not big eaters, so a couple of meals shared, was enough for us. We spent most of our time in the Casino and if you don't go overboard it can be a lot of fun. I was disappointed that Messina in the food court doesn't open until 3pm. We are not young so walking around is a challenge and I couldn't see anywhere else that had ice cream. The Staff are helpful and courteous. This time I booked a suite, which was nicer than the standard room. I did think that the bathroom would have a bath, but it only had a shower. I liked that it had 2 toilets and both were quite private. Next time I will see if I can get a bath. The food in the Harvest Buffet is ok, but most of the time it's not very hot. On our last day we had the Chef make us an omelette. Wish I had done that on the other days. Orange juice was nice. Coffee was luke warm and bitter. Our Son is a Chef, so our food standards are high. I don't like to criticise, but I do think that I should be honest with my experience. Yes I will definitely go there again and it was worth what I paid for.

Wonderful family trip staying at the Darling at the Star! Location is good, very close to Fish Market, nice atmosphere with cozy cafes & restaurants at close vicinity (and a large Coles too!) Stunning view of the Darling Harbour. Room is neat & spacious. Staff were extremely helpful, especially credits to a Front Desk Staff named Tristan settling my room arrangement & bill issue very efficiently. Highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel, converted from an old factory, offers various room types. This time, we stayed in a 2-bedroom unit for 7 nights, and overall, we were very satisfied. The facilities are complete, including a fitness center, swimming pool, hot tub, and sauna. The only downside is that the Wi-Fi is not strong and often disconnects.

I loved this quirky wee hotel! Staff were always helpful and friendly, the room was quiet, spotless and comfortable and it's in a lovely position close to Darling Harbour - so easy to get into the CBD. There's an on site restaurant, I only had breakfast once during my stay but that's only because I had plans most days so had brekkie out - It was fabulous! 100% recommend this smashing hotel!

Location excellent just needs a few hooks and shelves/rails to put things on plus longer shower curtains or lower the rail no matter how you try the water goes everywhere saying all of this though enjoyed our stay and would return

Location was great and loved the ”hole in the wall” coffee and bagel shop nextdoor. Car park across the road and a short walk to Darling Harbour, light rail and the ICC. Room was small with not a lot of space but as I was at a convention for the 3 days/4 nights I stayed it was fine. Would not liek to share the room with another person, even my partner. Staff friendly and helpful, room very clean and cost/location made up for the tight fit.

If the female is single .. It is recommended not to live, there is no elevator! I was almost out of gas with two suitcases .. Although the first floor staff helped me move up, can I understand how I feel when I check out ... Well, because I live in the highest building (the third floor) I Feeling extremely cold .. I also turned on mobile heating ... I have a small bar and a small refrigerator..I do n’t have a toothbrush, I have towels, others, I have a TV, but I did n’t turn it on because the first floor is a local ghost restaurant It ’s opposite (the sound insulation is not good enough to hear the traffic on the road). Walk five minutes away from The Star. There is a supermarket behind The Star. The function is not bad. I did n’t brush the toilet .. I cleaned it myself and saw that there are still traces in the toilet (I do n’t know if it ’s piss or urine ...) I did n’t care about it anymore, I put it on the toilet and finished. For a hostel, the cleanliness and facilities weren't bad. However, as it's still a hostel, it's best not to have sky-high expectations. The most surprising part was the complimentary breakfast and dinner. Considering this, it's arguably the best value-for-money hostel in Sydney.
