"Originally booked on second floor with no elevator. Had a trio of senior friends and management adjusted rooms to first floor because of age limitations."
"We had car trouble traveling broke down and I booked the nearest hotel. When I went to check in they wouldn't accept my ESA (emotional support animal) I have documentation for him as well. So they had no problem giving me my money back but no regard to making an accepting since we were broke down and in a blizzard and stuck with no other options close by. Needless to say me my boyfriend and my dog had to walk in the freezing cold and snow to the nearest cheap hotel which wasn't the greatest but they were very kind and sympathetic to my situation. So not a very good experience."
"William at the front desk was wonderful. It was our first time to the capital & he gave us an upgraded suite with the view of downtown. It was so great we stayed an extra night. I asked housekeeping for a couple of fresh towels & Maria showed up & did a quick clean up & replenished everything including the TP! Great Customer Service and the entire hotel was super clean! "
"New hotel and very nice! Right next to the airport only downfall is there is no place really close to eat. Lady at the front desk was exceptional. Will definitely stay again."
"I travel 2 of 4 weeks each month on business. From check in to checkout this property exceeded my expectations and I am a bit of a business class connoisseur. I like to get the maximum value for the least cash outlay. My business partners and I will more certainly return."
"The check-in was friendly and quick. The lobby and common areas were nice and clean. The room was clean, spacious, laid out well and very functional. The only problem was the GE air unit was noisy and chirped all night. It woke us up a couple of times. We checked in late and were just there for one night and put up with it. Breakfast bar area was nice and clean, and the food was the usual, but adequate."
"Room equipment was a bit old, chair handles were broken, bedding was tacky to touch, and the air conditioner smelled bad, make up, but the madam at the front desk was very nice, we called the car for us early, and we did n’t have breakfast before leaving Gave us fruit and water"

Great
GGuest UserThe location was convenient and the staff were absolutely wonderful! The room was nice and spacious and smelled very clean. We ate at the Capital Grill and the food was super yummy! My only minor complaint was that a coffee pot was not available in our room and there is no room service. They do offer complimentary coffee in the lobby, however, it ends service at 9:00 am. These were just minor things but might affect your morning plans if you’re a late sleeper. It was decorated beautifully for Christmas!
GGuest UserEnjoyed our stay. Second time staying at the Burgundy Hotel. If coming to Little Rock, this is definitely the hotel to book and stay. Quaint and Eclectic Hotel. Very clean and nice rooms, spacious king bed rooms, and has an excellent restaurant inside as well as a good breakfast bistro too. Customer Service is very accommodating and professional..They strive to make your stay enjoyable and overall experience pleasing.
CCroweSuzanneHands down the best hotel I've stayed at since touching down in the US 3 weeks ago. A lovely girl named Zoee checked us in and was very helpful with a few questions I had. The pool area was nice and they even have a BBQ there if you want to cook something! I would have loved to have stayed for longer but it was just a stop over for one night.
GGuest UserI was extremely satisfied with everything I experienced at this hotel except for one thing, which I expressed to a front desk employee: there is an exterior trash can close to the main entrance that became overflowing with trash to the point where it was on the ground, and the ashtray on top of it was never emptied during my 3 night stay either. The response I received was that the owners would not hire a 'houseman' to attend to this and other duties, and no one else is assigned to do so. Unacceptable. Something has to be done to ensure this is rectified immediately.
BBlake BerlinThere was a personnel shortage, and the one person working when I checked in didn't understand the computer software. It took almost 30 minutes to check in to a PREPAID room.
GGuest UserA bit out-dated but clean, friendly staff, location was very close to what I needed, but too close to everything else! Breakfast eggs were lacking but the biscuits were good! I liked that you could actually open the windows!
I recommend staying in a room that faces out the front of the bulding, you get waymore traffic and hospital/ambulance noise on the back side.
SSelfNot a big fan of the Emergency vehicle sirens all night long, but I wouldn't imagine that they could just pick up and move a 10 story building.................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................
GGuest UserOn the first day, the girl at the front desk had incredibly poor customer service. We were placed in the worst possible room on the planet, one in which the door would not lock, and the smell was repulsive. Thankfully, Monday, I was able to get us a cleaner, nicer room, by talking to the much nicer gentleman at the front desk. All and all, his customer service offset her poor service, but the hotel in general needs work.
PPatricia RoseburrowI got there and I had to wait at least 30 minutes before I was able to get my room something was going on with the computers owner he accommodated me instead of me paying the $56 that I have previously paid he end up charging me just $38 and that was good but when I got in there it was roaches crawling around food was off in the bathtub food within the refrigerator drug heads with steady knocking on my door maybe feel uncomfortable but for the price it was worth it you couldn't ask for anything more they had a big deep swimming pool no water was in it I wish the pool was working but if they had no lottery on their property their property would be much much better but because there's a lot of lottery and drugs going on then it makes it hard and it makes the people that stay there sometimes scared especially if you're new to the state of Arkansas but overall for the price between 30 and 50 bucks the sheets were clean the towels were clean
