"Arrived in the room and checked to see if the refrigerator was operating OK, it was not working , I informed the reception immediately and they sent their fixit man to the room who felt inside the fridge and told me it should get cold in 10 minutes , told him it was inoperable and to get a replacement ,off he went. 15 minutes later I contacted reception and a friendly man informed me that the existing fridge was OK because it was a cooler , not a freezer! They didn't know that I was a refrigeration engineer so down reception i go and informed them as to my former work status and a threat to contact the manager did they suddenly realise they couldn't ******** me, 5 minutes later i had a working fridge! Not happy with the laziness of the reception people"

"Super lovely staff, spacious rooms and very clean. Felt so luxury for a great price. You can walk to a small supermarket and various warungs easily. The Main Street is approx 10 mins walk but most people prefer to scooter. The only negative is that it is close to a mosque, which you could hear from our room so we did get woken up by the prayer. So if you are a light sleeper it may not be the best option. We’d definitely book again!"

"We’ve been to Lombok (Kuta) many times and have stayed at a few different hotels. This was our first time here. It’s a fairly new hotel. Location is quite good and very quiet. (Although Kuta is a very quiet town. ) Wifi wasn’t great. Dropped out often. Would make it impossible to work online. The hotel looks amazing. The bar and swimming pool and even the rooms are great. The included breakfast is not that great. Mostly comes with only one egg and weird tasting meat, and hard bread/toast. You’d be better off going just down the road to grab breakfast from a local cafe in the morning. Staff were very friendly, and helpful. Our rooms were cleaned daily but towels and TP weren’t replaced until we asked. Everything else is good though. The hotel is very nice, but considering the price I think it’s possible to find better value for money."

"Our stay was perfect. I stayed at a total of 5 different hotels or villa in this Bali/Lombok trip and i must say Lina’s Villa is my top favourite! The service crews are super polite and helpful. The vila itself is simply gorgeous! Just look at the photos, they look exactly like the photos the villa posted. The place is also a short 5-10mins walk to the main Kuta street. Villa offers free scooter ride to anywhere in Kuta area. Only small improvement is perhaps you may have to book or arrange early if you would like to try out their spa/massage service as the availability of their masseurs is quite limited."

"Incredibly attentive staff! First-class service! The guys are just great! We felt their care all the time, everything we asked for was done very quickly! Thank you very much for this! The view from the common lounge area is simply stunning, like from the cover of a magazine. It was very nice to have breakfast with such a view. By the way, the breakfasts are also very good, there is a scramble and Benedict, pastries, delicious lemonades and juices. There were also disadvantages, namely: the towels in the room smelled of dampness, in the first room the shower did not work well, however, to fix this, we were moved to another room, where the shower worked better. The shower area itself in all rooms needs repair. The access to the hotel is not very good, part of the way you have to drive along a dirt road. Overall, we had a pleasant experience staying at this hotel. This is one of the few good options in the south of Lombok!"

"This is truly a paradise. The entire hotel is exquisite and beautiful. The limited number of rooms makes for a wonderful experience. It's very quiet, and the guests are very chill. The standalone house has two separate rooms, giving you plenty of privacy. Highly recommended! However, it's quite remote, and transportation is difficult. You'll need to hire a car. There's a very bumpy road halfway to the main road, so be careful if you're bothered."
