"We booked a 2 bedroom villa. It was overall quite new, clean and decent for a group of 4.
Pros - Service was excellent as all the staff were helpful and attended to our requests immediately. They also helped to arrange transport for us to travel around with a fee but its reasonable enough as it was not easy to call a grab.
Cons - The villa is not located at the main street so we need to walk along the alleys without any street lights at night. But it was not dangerous, just a bit dark. The water pump behind the master-bedroom was quite noisy and it affected our sleep quality throughout our stay."

Incredibly attentive staff! First-class service! The guys are just great! We felt their care all the time, everything we asked for was done very quickly! Thank you very much for this! The view from the common lounge area is simply stunning, like from the cover of a magazine. It was very nice to have breakfast with such a view. By the way, the breakfasts are also very good, there is a scramble and Benedict, pastries, delicious lemonades and juices.
There were also disadvantages, namely: the towels in the room smelled of dampness, in the first room the shower did not work well, however, to fix this, we were moved to another room, where the shower worked better. The shower area itself in all rooms needs repair. The access to the hotel is not very good, part of the way you have to drive along a dirt road.
Overall, we had a pleasant experience staying at this hotel. This is one of the few good options in the south of Lombok!

Nothing but good things to say about Kalea Villa. Their manager, Fani was very attentive, she had contacted me prior to check in to ensure the room would be ready in time, i informed that i would be a little late and they waited for me to settle in. The staffs were also friendly they suggested us places to go for food and sunsets which was very helpful since we didnt detail out our plans here, we just wanted to do whatever for the day. They also helped to arrange motorbike rentals and airport transfer at a reasonable price. The villa was perfect, it was beautiful, private, clean, as expected from the pictures. And their services just made the whole stay very enjoyable for us.

Wij hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad in dit hotel. De locatie is erg goed: alles ligt dichtbij, waardoor je gemakkelijk de omgeving kunt verkennen.
De service was echt uitstekend. Het personeel stond altijd voor ons klaar, was ontzettend vriendelijk en maakte regelmatig een gezellig praatje. Je merkt dat ze er alles aan doen om ervoor te zorgen dat je een prettig verblijf hebt. De kamers werden dagelijks goed schoongemaakt en waren altijd netjes en hygiënisch.
Het enige kleine minpunt was dat we geen warm water hadden. Wanneer we dit aangaven, reageerde het personeel direct en deden ze hun uiterste best om het op te lossen. Ze boden zelfs aan om gebruik te maken van een andere, lege kamer zodat we warm konden douchen. Dat vonden we erg attent en het laat zien hoeveel moeite ze deden om het voor ons op te lossen.
Al met al hebben wij een heel prettig verblijf gehad. Dankzij de geweldige service, de schone kamers en de fijne locatie zouden wij dit hotel zeker aanbevelen.

Hotel itself, location and facility are good. But the service is really bad. Hotel was leaking on stairs and bathroom when raining. The main entrance was flooded when raining. All lights along the main entrance were not working, walking was dangerous at night. We need to tell the staff more than twice just to get the wet towel replaced due to rain, and to have our room cleaned. The staff did not know our entitlements by saying our rooms did not include breakfast, and we had to argue and showed proof of purchase. The entrance door to the villa was difficult to open.

s_bnmezIn feite een goede villa, al heb ik hier mijn verblijf niet helemaal afgerond vanwege enkele problemen.
Het is een villa, dus geen receptie. Zie dat je dan op voorhand je aankomsttijd aangeeft zodat de host aanwezig is. Eerste dag enkele kleine probleempjes gehad, maar de host heeft dit dan opgelost. 2e dag viel stroop uit over de hele wijk waardoor ik geen elektriciteit had en dus ook geen water.
Ik kon hier helaas niet langer blijven en kreeg ook eerlijk een refund voor de komende nachten.
Dit hotel is wel goed gelegen. Zo'n 7min van de centrum, maar lekker rustig. De afslagsweg is nog hobbelig, maar ik denk dat de tegen de komende jaren dit goed komt.
