"The hotel is very good. I have been to three cities and this is the best. The service is very good. They even rolled up my charging cable, arranged my face towels, and hung my clothes. If you want to use a computer, you can also use the hotel's Apple all-in-one computer. There are special rooms with computers and copying services."

"Reserve with animals, mentions communicating with the hotel for the cost, I communicated mentioned cost of 480 per animal stay and arrived charge of 350 per night, did not respect the information provided by phone, The lady who attended was night Thursday and mentioned that policies are different in the application than in the hotel and that it was the only way they accepted the pet, in a good restaurant service by the specific staff of Mr Marcelino who is the turn of the afternoon , he gave guidance and accessed you treat, sad that the portions are very small for the cost, and have very good season , The pet could only walk in the room and green area being a petfriendly hotel did not allow it in all its facilities, gym only has walking handle and static bike, very good place for accommodation**** but definitely needs to improve your policies , The treatment of your reception staff and the completion of the petfriendly ."

"El hotel es una belleza, Karen nos recibió increible, la cama super limpia y muy comoda, el aire enfria super bien, la red excelente, agua caliente de inmediato, las instalaciones maravillosas, la pantalla y aplicaciones muy buena, excelente ubicación y nada de ruido.
El detalle que al meterme a la cama y antes masajear un poco mis pies estaban sucios ya que el piso tenia polvo y tuve que lavar mis pies para no ensuciar las sábanas qué son extremadamente blancas, no es algo que en lo personal me afecte y sin duda se convirtió en el hotel ideal para mi estancia en puebla......"

"This hotel is very good, only the second time to take a shower, the water is not hot, it is the first time. The hallways are a bit messy, they have carpeted almost all of them and apparently they don't vacuum very often."

I also had a last min spa treatment that was very relaxing. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. I’d stay there again!

The elegant design uses wooden elements to blend pastoral style with colonial style. The aroma in the room is very good, I had a good rest, the sound insulation is good, the room is spacious, clean and brand new! The location is perfect for being quiet in the bustle and within walking distance to surrounding attractions. The hotel itself also has a spa experience with massages that are pretty good. The service staff were very enthusiastic and responsible. When we were leaving the hotel and waiting for the bus, a beggar approached us. The hotel security immediately came to protect us. We were very touched! Highly recommended!

If you can live on the third floor, you can stay quieter, because the downstairs feels like a youth hostel. Of course, if the bar next door sings at night, all the guests will have to listen and enjoy it until midnight

The person who was outside only told me where the reception was - which was closed - but with both hands occupied by the suitcases, it is difficult to open it (since it has a knob) and they do not help you open it despite seeing that you have your hands busy, I considered it a minus point to the hospitality.
It would be nice if there was a plaque explaining what the hotel was previously. What is that chimney and what was it used for, etc., as well as they have signs of what the fauna is called.

MMariana A.The overall experience was really good. The only incident was the death person outside the hotel. the moment was scary, but nothing that the hotel was responsible for. Stroke I believe, one employee shared the information.
The roof top bar was very nice and relaxing. Miriam the server that night provide an excellent customer service.

The elevator is very old and slow.
The toilet has no shower curtain, after the shower, the whole floor is full of water, and it can't flow away.

GGuest UserThe Hotel was Very Clean and Safe!! The location was one block away from INM where i had to go to get my permanent residency here in Mexico. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room didn't have A/C but they brought me a very nice Fan. If i ever need to go back to that area of Puebla i will be staying there again!!

MMonicaPros: The room was stunning, the lights are dim, the decor is gorgeous, the bed was comfy, it was clean and the location is fantastic. The service was great. The terrace views are gorgeous. My favorite part was the jacuzzi.
Cons: My room was next to a terrace bar and on top there is another terrace bar, so if your plan is to stay at a quiet space to relax maybe this won't be the right spot. Unfortunately, there was also no hot water the whole morning on the day I was leaving so I had to wait until after the checkout time when they had it fixed but then I felt a little rushed to leave. Even though, the staff was very helpful, they were keeping me updated and they did try their best in a complicated situation that was out of their hands.

👩🏻💻in my experience the reception was not good, the girl in front desk was unfriendly, you need to do your own check in (scanning a QR) and the lady only give you the key card
🛏️room is very austere, not cozy, looks old; but the bed is comfortable
🚽🚿bathroom is big, has towels, soap 🧼 and shampoo. The hand wash basin has mold and the shower floor was wet
🅿️ Parking is ok but is not only for hotel guests, which makes you feel a bit insecure.

SSARA GABRIELAService was excellent, I had an early check in and the reception was able to?accommodate me without any trouble. Breakfast is simple but really local and tasty!
The rooms are spacious and clean, the bed linen was fresh and the bathroom was always spotless.
It's not a fancy hotel but absolutely everything you need and more for short convenient stays in the heart of the city.
I felt safe walking around the area and there's a lot to do if you're interested in doing city visits etc.
