GGuest UserVery nice hotel, conveniently located inside the Malpensa airport. The room is big and comfortable, you get amenities like slippers and free bottles of water, and most importantly very quiet. I would strongly recommend it if you don’t feel like rushing for the departure, just wake up, have a nice breakfast and then walk your way to the departure floor.

JJia WenWas close to Milano Malpensa airport, the hotel was clean and the room was super spacious. I arrived at night and was still able to book the shuttle to the airport for the next morning. Amazing breakfast and amazing staff. Loved it

MMarynaVery well located between T1 and T2 terminals of Malpensa airport. Free shuttle is handy (stop Casa Nuevo). Breakfast is plentiful and replenished fast. Staff from cleaners to receptionists are very friendly and accommodating. Local restaurant - Samarcanda (5min walk from the hotel) is a gem. Pre booking a table is recommended. Will stay again.
Pillows and mattresses are too firm.

GGuest UserVery clean and quiet. Location is 20 minutes from Airport so you need to take a taxi that costs about $20 to get to the hotel. If you need dinner, any restaurant around there is a long walk or drive and they don't open until 7pm. Free shuttle to the airport from the hotel. Nice stay, just far away from anything.

KKEVIN ARMANDOLocation is good if you wanna stay next to the airport. They offer shuttle bus for €15 for 5 minutes ride. If you wanna save some money, go to the exit in terminal one and wait for the free shuttle bus between terminals and get out at Case Nuove. Then walk like 400m and you are in the hotel. My advice don’t eat dinner at the hotel. Instead go to Samarcanda. They have pizza, pasta for a good price. They open from 7pm so you might wanna get a reservation or just be there on time.

AAnonymous UserWe recently stayed at the Dolce Milan Malpensa Hotel, and overall, it was a positive experience! The location is perfect for those with early or late flights—it’s close to the airport, and the free shuttle service is a huge convenience. The staff were incredibly friendly and resourceful, helping us with all our requests and even letting us leave our luggage after check-out, which made our travel plans so much easier.
The only downside was the challenge in getting in touch with the hotel before arrival. Thankfully, Trip.com offers a free call option to the hotel, which helped sort things out faster.
If you’re looking for a convenient airport hotel with great service and don’t mind a bit of patience with communication, I’d recommend the Dolce Milan Malpensa!

SSandraFamily getaway; the hotel was clean, nice breakfast and lovely swimming area. We only had breakfast included with our booking but we tried out their dinner option which was quite expensive when looking at the exchange and then also the different variety of food (not much to pick from). We looked forward to “Jazz Friday” and nothing took place which was quite disappointing. The hotel was far from amenities so we stayed indoors most of the time and when we did go out, we spent around €110 on transport to and from 🙄 (Uber rides that were 15-20 mins) We spent a lot of takeaways too but that’s just us being curious on the different foods but also escaping the hotel prices which would of been more. In conclusion, Novotel Milano Malpensa is a nice hotel if you just want to relax and not really go anywhere, bring extra money with you, kick back and relax. Oh yeah, be ready to watch their lovely flat screen smart TV in all Italian and no English audio or subtitles. You’ll be excited to see YouTube but guess what? It’s disconnected, WiFi connection is given with 24 hour access code, after that you ask for another code😅..Enjoy but thanks Novotel!

DDanielGreat location if you need be at the hotel. Was not a fond of the carpet in the bed room but it’s a solid normal room. Great breakfast and starts very early in case you have an early flight. Also 5 euros for a shuttle to the airport is a great steal. Good place to stay if you need be by the airport.

The location is convenient, as it is close to the car rentals and Malpensa airport T1, service good: my car wouldn't start and the front desk young man helped me to solve the problem, standard continental breakfast OK.
