Excellent breakfast selection & very hospitable staff.
Easy 10 mins walk to Busto Arsizio Nord station. Very convenient. Found air con not strong and reception helped to fix problem right away.
Just a small comment, I would prefer a real double bed instead of 2 single mattresses put together."

"Go to Milan Airport in the morning and stay for one night at night. The hotel itself is very good, the facilities are good, although it is very close to the station, but the noise is good. However, there are more black people here. When I go at night and in the morning, there are a few black people wandering."

"The hotel provides free shuttle bus to the train station and airport. After returning the self-driving car one day in advance, the free bus back to the hotel is very good. The hotel is far away from the city of Milan, suitable for self-driving travel or catching a flight the next day. Many Korean crew members stay in the hotel. Hilton is cheap and good, the surrounding supporting supermarkets are very convenient, and the residents' breakfast is very friendly."

"This is a motel, parking is available in front of the door, about 10 kilometers from the airport. When booking online, it showed that it was 4 stars. I only saw that it was a suburb on the second floor. There was no waiter. The service attitude of two or three people at the front desk was very poor. The price was very expensive during the exhibition. The two-person room was set. One person, the other person needs to add money, the first time I met in so many years."

GGuest UserAir traffic control went down in the region and we were forced to find a night at a local hotel. This is close to airport but does require a taxi to access. €20 for 4 of us for a short 10 min drive. This hotel does have a €5 shuttle service to the airport for check out. I booked this hotel whilst still on the plane, with internet struggles i made my booking through trip. Upon arrival, there had been 2 bookings made under my name. There were three night staff working. I was told categorically i needed to contact the booking site to cancel the additional room. The booking site advised me the hotel was capable of doing this. With a 3 way conversation and a helpful booking site the crisis was managed. Saying that, the hotel staff member was rude, shouted at me, blamed me and was aggressive, almost resorting me to tears. Another staff member asked her to step aside and he completed the check in with ease. The hotel was able to provide emergency toothbrushes but only delivered to half the party. There is a hair dryer available but my unfriendly lady told me there was one in the room - it was a steamer! Half the party had access to a hair dryer when requested to their room. Breakfast is €14 and is lovely. The facilities are good with a pool, gym, clean rooms, and comfy beds. Lovely place just totally let down by the lady who was just horrid. Clearly personable, polite, friendly and helpful service is not a requirement at this establishment.

FFrank14A solid choice for us in transit, this hotel offered practical comfort and all the essentials we did expect from a typical airport business stay. The rooms are functional with a touch of coziness, good for a night rest between flights. Best of all, of course it’s just a short walk from the airport terminal—what made our departure refreshingly hassle-free.

Well meaning staffs that may benefit from a bit more training -how to help offer guests solutions of hotel related issues, collect them at the right time at the airport etc. The advertised “free transfers” may not be available during the day, only morning and evening , so if you fly in late you may need to travel by taxi to the hotel. But still recommended.

Public transport is around 15 -18 minutes walking from hotel and their is train every hour to go to city centre or other place . However it will take total around 90 minutes to 120 minutes dooor to door from hotel to Milan cathedral by public transport . Taxi can be 100 euro plus .
Hotel is good for short or few days stay stay in Milan hotel staffs are polite and good . There is Castle near by at walking distance of less than half km about .

GGuest UserThe location was a bit tricky to find. It's a shuttle ride from the airport; however, as I drove, I couldn't comment on the convenience of their shuttle service. The room was fine, and the bed was comfortable. They offer some limited dining options, which is convenient for breakfast and dinner. The night views are quite pleasant. Parking is available. I'd recommend the fried rice, as the other dishes weren't very good.

SSyed FThe bus shuttle set us on a good path to the hotel. A very convenient service and a good value ticket (attached the schedule) We arrived just past 1am, but the reception team were still very welcoming! We were gone by 6:30 AM but the room was very pleasant and overall a good stay!

CChenchen0516It is a good hotel, but the location is not really good because there is no public transportation except the shuttle from the hotel which charges 11 euros if I am not mistaken. There are only five restaurants around. This hotel is recommended to people who have a car because the place is very quiet.
