KKandeyExcellent facilities, VERY clean, the place looks exactly like the photo. It is very modern and quite close to the town. Very quiet at night so easy to sleep, check in and check out was very easy, codes to open all the doors. If you have a late flight you can still book this place as it is code entry. The person that cleans the place is very friendly and approachable. The only negative is that the check out time is a bit early but you can speak to the staff and see what they can do. There is a nice little balcony to sit outside. I would definitely stay here again.

BBrian1987The room is big with king size bed. Breakfast has variety of choices which promises a big breakfast. It’s location is good for people with car. Only takes around 12 minutes to the Gaggio Porta E Station which has a big free parking just next to it. From the station to Stazione di Venezia Santa Lucia only need around 30 mins. Be aware that only one train in every hour.

GGuest UserA very beautiful hotel. Rooms are very big and so is the bed and comfortable. However one downfall was that the room did not have tea and coffee making facilities. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. The bar is great and the restaurant and food excellent. We loved it here.

CColormasterThe hotel is located in the city center, under the castle wall of Castlefranco. The front desk gentleman is very friendly and free luggage storage. Breakfast is rich, optional in the outdoor sun room, adjacent to the city wall with a long history, very beautiful mood.

AAlexei KThis is not your typical 5 star hotel. An old villa converted into a hotel quite a long time ago. This is not to say that it is luxurious, but it is very authentic. The villa itself and the restaurant are very beautiful - wonderful interiors, antique furniture, a restaurant with panoramic windows and excellent service. This is all great. However, the room itself was renovated quite a long time ago, it cannot be said that it is cozy, and not at all like in the picture. I had a garden suite. Two rustic rooms on the ground floor. The gardener started working at 7 am, so it was impossible to sleep. The room was quite cold; it took a day for it to warm up enough. The ventilation and heating systems are no longer modern. The location is remote. Nearby there is a small village where there is a pizzeria and a couple of cafes. There is nothing to do here without a car, but if you have one, it is quite convenient to move around the entire region.

Clean rooms (I got an extra one on site).
I understand that they receive a large number of people every day and the turnover is high: as a point of improvement I might suggest to provide ceramic mugs instead of paper glasses in the room. I am sure that, if asked, they would probably have replaced them.
Silent rooms despite being quite close to a provincial road.
Nice and pleasant garden.
Very good morning breakfast.
Polite and motivated staff.
