"The front desk service attitude is OK, but they get a little impatient when asking more questions. They gave me a sea view room but it was all trees. Finally, they refunded me and gave me a side room. The experience was not very good. The breakfast was OK. The hotel toilet smelled. The location is close to the station but far from the city. There is a city bus stop nearby."

"The service staff is friendly and nice. There is water at the counter, and the staff will personally hand it to you. They will also help with luggage. The hotel is located in the city. There is a bar with a great view on the 6th floor. I like the atmosphere. The toilet is clean, especially the high-end building materials. The whole hotel is very textured!"

"The room is quite compact but well designed. Provides lots of conveniences with a kitchen with sink, microwave and fridge - that’s very useful during winter. The reception is not manned 24 hours so one has to make prior arrangements for self checkin to avoid all the hustle. Free cold and hot drinks and snacks at the reception area that one could access 24 hours. This is a plus point. The hotel is conveniently located close to many eating outlets and tourist spots. To travel to outskirt of Malaga via Maria Zambrano train station, it is only 6-8 mins bus ride from hotel to train station and the buses are rather frequent. Surprised to find out that the main train station is also a shopping mall for one to enjoy shopping. Overall, no regret for staying in this hotel and will recommend others to come!"

"A fantastic hotel! The location is excellent, within walking distance of all the major attractions in the Old Town. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, patiently offering helpful tips and reminders about various things, and even said 'thank you' in Chinese. The breakfast costs 10 euros, which is quite low for Spain, offering exceptionally good value for money. Rooms were spotlessly clean, and I particularly appreciated the spacious shower. What was especially memorable was the pleasant ambiance of the hotel restaurant, with hot water, iced water, and coffee available 24/7."

"Great location. Close to all attractions in Madrid and right in the middle of cafes restaurants and shops. Tastefully decorated apartment with all amnesties. They had thought of everything. Only thing I would have liked is some laundry liquid to be able to use the washing machine. Highly recommended for families with kids who need the extra space on holiday. No cleaning service provided but since we stayed for two days we didn’t need it. Very friendly and efficient service at the reception."

"The best apartment I've ever lived in Spain, the location is very convenient and close to everything, the check-in process is very professional, it's very comfortable to live in, it feels great to have a balcony, the sound insulation is also good, the only drawback is that the cleaning service is not included for three nights, there will be a lot of garbage, it would be better if the cleaning service could be included!"

"It's about 10 minutes away from the airport. The city church is right behind us. The breakfast is delicious and rich. There are many kinds of ham and delicious fruits. The living is quiet. The staff is very nice and helpful. The location is convenient for shopping in the city center. There are many convenience stores opened by Chinese. There are many restaurants and seafood. You can see yachts and palm trees on both sides of the street on the side facing the sea. I saw a lot of green parrots in the morning. Although they are not big, they are shining green in the morning sun. It's quite a surprise, but I didn't take pictures... A wonderful experience. Then I went to Castillo Monumento Colomares Ronda... It's really wonderful..."

"The location is good, right on the old street. It's very convenient to get in and out. It's clean and modernly decorated. You can see the sea view from the side. There's a swimming pool on the top floor, which is very suitable for traveling with children."
