Very satisfied. Beautiful scenery, considerate service, the hotel provides free shuttle bus to the city center from Monday to Saturday, and the price of airport pick-up is reasonable. The restaurant is average, it would be more perfect if there were more dishes

Lagoon gardens is one of the best hostel in Vanuatu
All staffs are so friendly and helpful:)
They also have a dog called Chocolate who is literally cute and friendly
And the hostel is located in front of beautiful lagoon so you can see amazing views easily
Room is massive and the facilities are also excellent
I really enjoyed staying there
I’ll come back here again

Do not take the standard rooms (and yet they are not the economy ones: I do not want to see!). Dark, noisy, with a kind of kitchenette. Earplugs are mandatory to sleep. The rooms do not correspond at all to the photos. There are nice rooms but these are not the ones, to be avoided absolutely

On the edge of Erakor Lagoon, the scenery is very good.
The service staff are friendly.
The suite is spacious, the only drawback is that only one room has air conditioning.
Overall, it is worth recommending.

This hotel has many entertainment activities, such as golf competitions and morning hikes, which are all organized by the entertainment department employees. There is also a children's club for those with children, where employees teach children how to make local cookies, and there are also all kinds of recreational facilities. Breakfast was very rich. There is a resident singer in the evening. Awesome~ Will come again next time!

WWoshishui123123It's a Japanese hotel, so the hygiene is good. The food in the restaurant is a bit expensive. There is a big supermarket 5 minutes walk away. There is a Chinese hotel and Chinese restaurant opposite.

GGuest UserWhen checking out, the front desk staff said that I had not paid and had to charge it again. It was only after Ctrip communicated that it was solved. It was not very professional. There was a strong musty smell in the room and there were black mold spots in several corners. The hotel was large. Yes, it is very close to the main road. I can only say that it is liveable.

CChenjidongThe hotel is on the island, the room size is acceptable, the health is good, the hotel service is very poor, such as cleaning the shampoo area in the room during the day, returning to the reception desk at night to reflect, promised to send, no one to send in the morning, buffet breakfast variety is small, The two people spent about 150 Australian dollars for the buffet dinner. There were few varieties, especially pit people, and they asked for an hour late check-out at the front desk. They needed to pay separately and were too inhumane. The island environment is acceptable, there is a swimming pool, the beach is particularly small and poor, the hotel price is outrageous, not worth recommending

AAEANTOverall it feels good. The hotel is on the edge of the lagoon and the view is very good. The service staff is very friendly. The room is relatively large, but ants have been seen by the door on the wall. It takes about 10 minutes by car to reach the city center from the hotel.
