"We requested a family 1 bedroom spa apartment, and we didn't know it was on the upper floor. We requested a change to the ground floor as my wife has a knee problem and can't take the stairs which are quite steep. We could see that more than half of apartments available were empty, and yet she refused to help. Truly disappointed 😞"
