"It's the only good looking hotel by the beach. While booking the room, mention how many of them are staying here even if its just 2 person. I booked 3 rooms but the hotel charged us for 3 person the reason that they gave was a ******** saying that each room was booked under one person name, so we will charge for the extra 1 occupancy. Except this, this hotel is perfect in every thing."

"Our stay at the hotel in pondicherry was fantastic! from the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and ensured we had everything we needed. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we could ask for, including a beautiful view of the surrounding area. The hotel’s ambiance was calm and cozy, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, with a great variety of local and international dishes to choose from. The location was ideal, close to both the beach and the main attractions, making it easy to explore. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting pondicherry!"

"The location was nearby white town and promenade walk food was available at a nearby restaurant which the hotel has a tie up with and the food was good. The room service was good and the staff was very helpful. The rooms themselves were fine, but a little smaller than expected but not a huge issue. All this for a very reasonable price."

"wonderful experience.even though an early check in was not possible,we were checked in on time and Richmond hotel gave us an free upgradation.Staffs are professionals.Hospitality and service was very good.very clean and aesthetically pleasing heritage vibes.Instagrammable.(I had already read in many reviews that its not possible to have an early check in hotels in pondicherry&it came true)."

"The hotel scores only for its location. Classic rooms are small with ergonomic issues. Rooms have started showing their age. However, the most disappointing is the breakfast. Forget spread, even refill takes time. Severely mismanaged - understaffed, no bowls present for taking liquid items have to keep asking staff multiple times. And they will keep only one jug of fruit juice - causing mayhem and rush among-st guests. And after 3-4 jugs they replace it with canned juice."

"we find the location by Google map. We're bit early, they didn't allow us to check in, we stayed in a nearby hotel ”Saara Inn” they offer A/C room with just Rs.1800/- for early check in. Comparing to Saara Inn Pleasant Inn is more expensive and less Quality. Because we booked room in Pleasant Inn for Rs.1860/- for non A/C room, but in Saara in it was Rs.1800/- for A/C room.I regret that I booked room in Pleasant Inn and the hotel was not the same as they shown with pictures inonline, there are difference in the pictures from online,it was disappointing. By the way,Hotel Saara Inn was a better option I get to see, it will better if the hotel list before. Suggest Hotels like Saara Inn next time. Thank You."

AAJITHACame to celebrate my birthday and had a nice time. Everyone smiles at you. Got a cake from them too..
Pro:
-Service is super fast and feel like luxury.
-Indoor pool was great and very clean.
-Gym had trainers in the evening i guess.
-Breakfast spread was huge with both veg and non veg. English breakfast was also wide.
-centre of the city yet so quiet
-Bed is huge and rooms are okaying spacious
- iPad with lot of high tech
- expresso was had to make but they give help u.

Asked for room cleaning late evening but didn’t do it.
Tv controls in iPad for other entertainment apps are hard .(can provide normal tv control extra too

The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. GGuest UserLovely oasis of calm, boutique hotel in the heart of the White Town. We stayed for 2 nights. We dined at the restaraunt on the first night, the food and ambience was excellent. We also dined twice at their sister restaraunt” La Villa” which had a 7 course taster menu that was excellent and great value for money. They are also affiliated with the bar/restaraunt ”The Spot” which we really enjoyed visiting during the day for a drink and spot of lunch in a nice courtyard. Breakfast at Villa Shanti was also good and the staff were all very polite and friendly. Our room was charming and comfortable. We felt the roof terrace area could have been a more attractive area to sit out on than it was it was quite basic and felt a bit neglected but otherwise we found the hotel a great place to stay.

JJimmy Gerrard HarawiraStaff are helpful and friendly, breakfast at the designated restaurant is very good! I would recommend this hotel to a friend based in the two points I mentioned. It’s about 10-15 minute walk from the beach area and very close to one of the temples.

The service is better than at Hilton and Ramada.
The manager and stuff make an impressive job to make their patrons’ stay impeccable.
Rooms are clean, spacious, recently renovated and decorated to European standard.
Quality of food is 5/5 and the stuff is always at your beck and call, genuinely, with a lot of respect.
It’s the best customer service we have experienced in whole India. Moreover, one of the stuff members even came late at night to the bus station in order to be sure that we didn’t miss our shuttle.
Truly, all hospitality sector in India shall learn at De Fleur hotel.

GGuest UserThe hotel is nestled in the French town part of Pondicherry which is within walking distance to the promenade and the numerous cafés and restraints scattered around. The staff are cordial, the place neat and spacious. The hotel does neither have a parking no area for cars nor facility for drivers. Overall an enjoyable stay.

GGuest UserMy experience at arunik inn was good. The room was tidy and best thing is that staff is very friendly. The accomodation is as-lo very close to beach and we can walk to beach whenever we feel like going. It is also very budget friendly.
