Best Plymouth Hotels

"I have to admit, I wish I had used Leonardo's Hotels in the past, when I had the option to. But now I can't help but feel the regret of not discovering their chains earlier enough. Anyway, that's by the by, but to say the hotel exceeded exceeded my expectations is an understatement. I mean, a part from the usual basic needs, the tea, the coffee, the milk for crying out loud, there were abundance of those. I was honestly extremely happy to see that given my stay was only for a day, that amount of supply was left to my disposal. I have stayed at branded chains who can't even get the basic right let alone go above and beyond. Other key touches, the selection of pillows left on the bed, unlike some places where you have to make do with a rough night sleep if the pillow available does not suit your need, I had no such issue with Leonardo. The pillows were there, scattered on top of the bed, I found one that was comfortable and slept with no complaints. This is extra brownie points territory, Leonardo! To conclude, will I stay at Leonardo again? Of course! At the time of booking, I only expected one thing: to stay for the night. But didn't expect the little touches to out exceed what I originally intended stay here for. Wish I could stay for longer, thanks Leonardo Hotel, Plymouth!"

"Everything was great in the hotel. The room for three persons is equipped with a private bathroom and toilet. Towels, soap, kettle, dishes, tea, coffee - everything was in the room. The TV was in a convenient location for viewing from all beds. The location is very comfortable for visiting the old and modern city. The way to the sea took 5-7 minutes of slow walking. At breakfast we felt like a royal family, everything was delicious and satisfying. )) We will definitely return."

"The Air conditioner was crap and the room was so hot. Even though they provided fan I could not use it because breeze from fan gives me catrrh. I was sweating all through. Love the hotel though but disappointed because of the AC problem."

"Big spacious room and close to city centre so ideal for shopping. Sainsbury's car park next door which you can register when you get into the hotel. Nice quiet rooms. A little dated but adequate for a night's sleep. Would stay again"

"Stayed at this hotel many times. It's like being on the set of Fawlty Towers. Every room I have had has been different. Good views of Plymouth, a comfortable bed and a large room. The breakfast is typical British style."

"A good hotel outside of the main city, close to Dartmoor and the hospital. Lots of local shops and a few fast food restaurants nearby if you need something. Overall a good stay, and will use again in the future."

"I was attending a conference at the University of Plymouth and the Crowne Plaza was a great choice. The breakfast was fantastic (photo is the view from the restaurant), the lobby bar is great too and there is also a Tesco Express at the end of the block. The pool and gym were clean and well stoked, too. Would recommend."
