Very nice hotel, great breakfast. Just a strange smell in the room? Fresh paint?

The facilities and service were amazing - overall great value for money. The hotel is in a quiet area, and is very family friendly. The grounds are spacious and green, with two huge pools, a nice gym, and even a working area and a social/game room. The only downsides are: - Breakfast ends early - at 10am, so if you want to sleep in then catch a nice big breakfast, that is not possible - You do need to walk out of the hotel and cross the road to get to the beach, which means there are no hotel sunbeds you can use on the beach

Amazing hotel surrounded by tropical garden. Birds singing, blooming territory, gorgeous pools. Clean closed bay with gentle entrance. Old room stock, but all in working order. There are free bikes, billiards, table tennis, library. Breakfasts are good, lots of coffee machines, no queue. They cook delicious waffles and pancakes with filling. 10 minutes to the airport. Ordered grab: 250 baht.

This is a very good hotel for the money! 100% recommend!

Disadvantages: The room is too simple and the facilities are not good. The walls are cracked, and the TV is 30 inches from more than ten years ago, which is a little bigger than a computer monitor. After the balcony door was closed, there was an empty seat above. I was bitten by mosquitoes at night.

The most satisfying hotel I have stayed in in Phuket! The hotel environment is very good, with a beautiful large swimming pool, surrounded by woods and inhabited by animals. Complete facilities, good accommodation, and the seaside is right outside the door. I will choose to stay again next time I come.

Rooms: needs renovation, clean, spacious but everything is old. Territory: covers all the disadvantages! Huge, all green and swimming pools.
