It was the most beautifully wooden crafted hotel i have ever stayed. Service as a whole was excellent except nobody was at the receptionist when we tried checking out early to catch our flight. Luckily, there was a security guard who unfortunately didn't speak any English yet very helpful.

Although it's an old hotel, it's not in bad condition. While the day laborer is friendly at the reception, the night laborer is unfriendly and doesn't even say hello.

Cleanliness: "The room was very clean and well-maintained." Staff: "The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the concierge who went out of their way to assist us with booking tours." Comfort: "The bed was very comfortable, and I slept soundly throughout the night." Amenities: "The hotel had a great pool area and a well-equipped gym, which we enjoyed using." Location: "The hotel was conveniently located near the city center and within walking distance of many restaurants and shops." Value for Money: "The price was reasonable for the quality of the accommodation and service." Negative Aspects (if any): Food: "The breakfast was a bit disappointing, with limited options and average taste." Noise: "The room was a bit noisy at times due to traffic outside." Maintenance: "The bathroom could use some updating, with a few minor maintenance issues."

Decent hotel, cool stuff, would recommend and stay again..

The room was nice, I am not sure that the water in bottles was drinkable because I couldn’t find the date of production and expired date.

The location is centrally situated yet away from the city's noise, nestled in an alley. The room is spacious and clean. The pool is suitable for adults but not ideal for kids; however, you can visit their other building, the Okay Palace Boutique, which has a kiddie pool. The food is tasty but somewhat pricey. The rooftop offers a stunning view of the city, especially at night. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

The hotel is in a very good position in the city center, it is clean, the room is very big, the personnel was kind and helpful

The location was bad dangerous…it was clean the room and bathroom with great water supply of hot and cold shower…I put 3 for cleanliness coz the bed linens were so old and the bathrobes were old too

Hotel location is good, nearby royal palace and national museum. The room is very big with classic Khmer style.
