Clean and quiet facilities, staff is nice and helpful in spite of limited English. Public bath is on the small side, no fresh fruits for breakfast, no clear explanations for dinner how-to.

After taking the high-speed boat from Kagoshima South Pier to Anbo Port, you need to take a bus or taxi to the hotel. Many mountaineering enthusiasts choose this place. There is a bus that goes directly to the Arakawa trail entrance at 4:36 every morning in front of the hotel. If necessary, breakfast can be replaced with a bento, and a lunch bento can also be provided. After returning from the mountain climbing, you can soak in the hot springs, and the service is warm and thoughtful.

The hotel is about 15 to 20 minutes' walk from Anfang Port. The bus stop is called Central Station No. 61, which is quite convenient. The hotel staff are very friendly and patient in answering questions. The natto for breakfast is delicious. You can see the sea when you open the room you stay in. After climbing, the hotel is very considerate and will bring you plastic tape to pack your hiking shoes. There is also a small bath in front of the hotel for hot springs. The hotel is generally very good👍

The hotel is a bit old, the rooms are all Japanese style, the tatami mats are very thin, it is a bit uncomfortable to sleep, and the quilt is also a bit uncomfortable. The advantage is that the environment is beautiful, the room can directly see the sea and the courtyard, and there is a bathhouse, and the bubble bath is more comfortable.

It was my first trip to Yakushima and the hotel staff were very kind! When my child caught a fever on the way there and was feeling exhausted, they recommended ice packs and takeout from a nearby shop. Even after he recovered, they asked if I was OK, which I was very grateful for. Everyone, from the tourism staff to the food staff, was very kind, and it's a place I definitely want to visit again!

This is a homey hotel with a large garden that is great for a walk. There was a teapot in the refrigerator. The bath is indoors only, but you can take a long soak. The dressing room was also spacious. It is a little far from the airport, so a rental car is a must.

This is a hotel that must be highly recommended. The hotel is in a prime location, a 15-minute walk from Anfang Port. The transportation is convenient, and the bus station is a two-minute walk away. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, the lobby manager enthusiastically introduced the hotel and the activities on the island, and also gave us a Chinese version of the travel guide. Knowing that we were going to Shenwenshan the next day, our breakfast was changed to a bento for free. The thing that touched me the most was that on the third day we went to Pingnei Umi-no-ka Onsen. Because the bus schedule had just been adjusted, we missed the last bus. We asked the hotel for help, hoping that they could call a taxi for us. Because it was already dark, the hotel couldn't call a taxi for a while, so they arranged for employees to pick us up over 40 minutes long distance, and they didn't charge any fees. I was very touched and I would like to express my gratitude again.

I think this hotel would be the best if they improved the food (breakfast selection, general restaurant meals). Even if the price goes up a little, I think it would be great if the food was more substantial. The service afterwards and the attitude of the staff were excellent. Finally, I was moved by the starry sky of Yakushima. I think it deserves to be comparable to Jomon Cedar. Considering the location of the hotel, I think they should do something to support stargazing at night. Perhaps they could turn off the lights at night or set up a space in the garden to view the stars, the sky and the sea. I have high expectations. Thank you for this time.

I was happy that the staff were very friendly. I wish the fried flying fish was a little more cooked (I couldn't eat the heads crispy because of the overtime). They also told me a lot about souvenirs and Yakusugi. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.
