The breakfast is delicious and it is close to the sea and shopping. Even though the hotel is old, the staff is friendly.

Was okay the room and very clean , and nice location also

Location is the very best pointers, very near at the beach, only beside D'Mall, very convenient if you want to tour the area I asked for MUR around 830 of Saturday, I placed the hang tag sign at the Door Knob, backed at the hotel around 5pm only to check that MUR was not done, reason? Maybe no one passes by at the floor and that they only have 1person of HK and they cant afford to do round checking, really????? I requested if we can borrow a spoon and fork (1pair only) since my daughter and I will be taking a noodles, but the FO on duty (friday night) said that it is prohibited and not allowed, really, again????? I requested for a sunny side up egg on Saturday breakfast, but the waitress on Duty as per Chef on Duty said that they are not allowed to provide since the breakfast is buffet type and we will just take whatever its in the table. really, again and again and again??? Monday morning check out, I was offered by a lady staff that they will assist us on the luggage, i said yes, just only to find out it is because the "owner" of their "big boss" is there! This is really ridiculous!!!! It was the man who is taking his breakfast at the 1st room beside hotel, and waived to us and said "THANK YOU, THANK YOU" Maybe, the management should start to re train their staff of what is about HOSPITALITY service. It doesnt matter if you are 2-3stars, but what will make your hotel a go to Hotel are the People/Service and CARE etc... to which for now, Grand Boracay is lacking off.

Worth for money. We received good service from making the reservation to checking out. Friendly staff. Good for family trip. We got free daily buffet breakfast during our stay.

Positioned close to key commercial areas, it offers easy access to business meetings and conferences, yet it's just a stone's throw away from the pristine beaches Boracay is famed for, providing ample opportunity to unwind.

A bit of outdated. Room is not throughly cleaned. But location-wise, perfect for families with kids. Accessible to DMall.

The location is near the main road and you can easily ride a transport going to the airport and near to restaurants and grocery store. Need improve on.room amenities and selection of fodd for the buffet bfast

Quiet in a busy area, very close to the beach, very suitable for vacation, cost-effective, many plants but no mosquitoes, the front desk can book a shuttle to Caticlan, 750 pesos

The only place is really nice in your hotel, but your room and service are so worthless, your staff are rude, there are only three staff that will respect you, your room is very smelly, it smells like sewer, it is not fixed, flash it to you never again 🤬

Is this house old? The hygiene is good. The waiter is also very good, but it is too old. I saw a review saying that during the Nixon administration...***, *****. I booked it but didn't stay there. I decided to change to another hotel. However, I am still very interested in the history of this hotel. Does anyone know more about it?
