"It’s a really great hotel and location but my room is near the elevator so there’s some people I mean lots of people make noise I don’t like that actually I asked for not near the elevator but I still have this room but the others things are okay but not bad"

Good service from the staff, everyone is enthusiastic. Arrived almost at 1 a.m., the security guard came to help take care of the car park. Very impressed. Next time I come to Phitsanulok, I will stay here again."

"The hotel is very clean. Good location, very convenient. The staffs are good, polite, and lovely. The bed is comfortable. The pillows may be a bit flat for us, but we can use the towels we brought to support ourselves. Since the hotel is on the road, we can hear the cars running back and forth. But it is not a problem for us because we are tired and fall asleep right away."

"Spacious large room with a large LEDTV. There is a sofa you can sit and relax and watch TV. There are international TV channels but reception quality is poor. The view from the balcony is good looking into a park. There is no safety box and no electric kettle to make coffee. The bed mattress is good and firm. I had a good sleep. Breakfast is ABF. You get fry eggs, mini pork sausages, 2 slices of ham, 2 half white toast and a boil rice with pork. All was pretty good"
