"I chose this accommodation near the airport because I had an early morning flight. The price was reasonable, but the hot water was scarce and weak. Cleanliness was okay, but the shampoo didn't lather well, and the sink was clogged. However, it was fine for a short layover. Check-in and check-out were very convenient."

He stayed for two nights as a solo traveler and was very happy with the experience. The room was new, clean, and quiet — perfect for a restful stay. The reception staff were also very friendly and welcoming, which made a great impression. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay! LLimThe only reason I stayed here was because of it location near to the airport. Everything else is good in terms of experience except I was imposed with liability costing RM10 for soiling one piece of their towel. The soiling happened because I walked outside after the rain and my foot got into a mud spot. I came back to my room and I accidentally stepped on the towel. Bear in mind, I had to book their largest room meant for 4 pax because that was the only one available even though I stayed alone. Considering the occupancy is low for that large room, soiling one piece of towel does not justify a RM10 liability damage.

SSabLeeI love the place so much. The interior design is too pretty and it smells so good. The host is great too, she helps us when we encounter a problem and its so easy to contact her. Will definitely come here again ☺️

Ssiti fatimahnew hotel, furniture and overall facilities still in good conditions, and clean, hope keep it up... but the toilet floor is slippery, need to be carefull, risk of fall.. dangerous to elderly.
food still limited choices, no bread... usually bread are the basic food must have for hotel... so far my experienced, never encounter hotel no bread...
no mirror in bedroom... ladies cant accept room without mirror.. hihihi... very inconvenient to use mirror in bathroom...
room spacious for family, i booked room equipt with 1Q, 1S bed... one more thing..remote tv in chinese, cannot understand, no local tv channel (tv1,tv2.tv3, etc), netflix cannot open... no hotel subscription... become useless...

GGuest UserStayed to attend family events. The place is just nice for us. Except the elevator was quite occupied during our stay. However it is understandable for it's a festive season. The apartments was fully booked. The housekeeping and front office were helpful and friendly ❤️

I had a fantastic stay at K Hotel! The price was very affordable, making it a great value for money. The location is perfect—easy access to food options, and it’s just a 15-minute drive to Kota Kinabalu city, which made exploring super convenient.
The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. Initially, I booked for 5 days and 5 nights, but I loved the stay so much that I extended for another night!
While everything was great, I did notice that some appliances near the TV weren’t working, and the TV itself had a minor display issue with white lines. A little improvement in this area would make the experience even better.
Overall, I’m really happy with my stay and would definitely come back again! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and budget-friendly place to stay.

Chose the Games themed 2 bedroom place which had Mario wallpapers, pokemon and gameboy themed stuff. Very cool homestay.
This condo has a lot of other stuff like an indoor mini playroom, outdoor mini play area and the pool.
Pool has days where it's closed for whole day and half days, management will inform after check in.
Check in and out were very easy at the counter.
Every room, living area, dining area had air-conditioning and working hot water system. WiFi was fast via unifi.
This unit, 11-09 had views from the balcony. Managed to watch the beautiful sunrise.
There's a 99 speedmart and a 24/7 Orange mart downstairs as well as a kopitiam?

GGuest UserHeater for shower tak function. Water heater/kettle tiada mau buat susu anak. The house a lil bit dusty, on the wall, curtains and behind doors. No tv channel, use my own netflix acc. Receptionist service excellent! Parking awesome, near the lift. Overall, good. Plz improve the cleaning services. Thank you 🫰🏼
