"The bathroom did not have any ventilation fan nor a window for fresh air , hence it had mouldy smell.
There was only one tiny roll of toilet paper left on the toilet paper holder. NO spare toilet paper roll. We had to call housekeeping to ask for one more roll.
There was very little hot water the first night. So we had to take cold showers.
the second day, the hot water came back.
The view from the hotel was good.
The facilities were really poor.
It was a shame."

"We love this hotel so much and the buffet breakfast also not bad. We will come back again. I wish they provide tour packages arround there . All the staffs so friendly . Keep it up the good work. All the best for Niagara hotel . We love our room too."

"Actually, this hotel is still in the same group as Darma Agung but the facilities are different. Until this hotel is exited because of the environment, the hotel area is spacious. If you stay here for 2 days, you'll be satisfied just exploring the hotel and its surroundings. The hotel location has a lake that can be used for bathing because it is not deep. 7 minutes from the hotel, there is a****ta port, there is a swimming pool. The view from the room directly faces the lake, you can see the fish in the lake... So it's fun for children. In front of the traditional PSR hotel, you can explore looking for typical Lake Toba clothes. Km take superior room B facing the lake for only IDR. 359,000 ... Very worth it 👍, for more details, you can check ig @nurainisribina"

"The room was clean and the staff were friendly, so I was able to stay with peace of mind. The restaurant has a lively atmosphere with performances every night. The ship was anchored in front of the hotel and it was a fantastic atmosphere at dusk. The ferry stop to Samosil Island sightseeing is about 5 minutes by minibus (5000Rp). If you don't know how to ride, the staff will help you. There are no shops in the area, so I was able to spend a relaxing time at Parapat."

"The bathing place directly on the lake is good but the rooms use fans, you can't drink bottles, the rooms smell damp, the floors are sandy, there is no room cleaning service. The price is right🙏 view the photos uploaded below"

GGuest UserAlthough we have seen some negative reviews we were very happy. Beds and bathroom were fine and the grounds are lovely. We only had breakfast but it was an excellent range. There is no AC but it was ok without it and the shower was warm. The only problem was that the rear window is open and screened so outside noise was intrusive for the light sleepers.
