"Everything is ok but service was very minimal. During checkout, we asked for help getting a taxi to the jetty. Staff only tried one number, got no answer, and told us to walk to the main street to find any taxi. Most places would usually try a few more numbers. Luckily we had no luggage, but this was disappointing."

There are 711 and several chocolate duty-free shops downstairs, and there is a large supermarket 5 minutes' walk towards the beach, which is very convenient."

"The hotel management lead by Mr Shan is very approachable and responsible. The staff are polite and welcoming. Although the breakfast selection is limited due to Ramadan, the food tastes great. The hotel room is clean, and it's just a 5-minute walk to the beach. Right at the entrance, you’ll find Chao Sheng Seafood Restaurant and a foot massage place, making it very convenient. Definitely worth recommending!"

"I stayed here to recuperate after breaking my ankle, and I felt that they were always considerate, such as when boarding the boat and the location of my room. All the staff members had excellent hospitality. Best of all, the facility is surrounded by nature, which allowed me to forget about everyday life and relax. "The perfect place from which to explore Pangkor Island. Very comfortable and warm room. Plenty of electric sockets to charge my devices and work with my laptop. Great TV and really excellent hot shower, so easy to use. Friendly staff and fantastic breakfasts. I love the Nasi lemak. The hotel is very central within easy reach of shops, eating places and water sport . I will certainly be back. Hidden gem for breakfast and lunch in Pangkor Island. Excellent food, lunch Rm15/person, abundant nasi goreng. Tested chicken today, which was excellent. Great chef and excellent price and quality ratio. Cosy restaurant facilities."
