Given the advice about tap water, the hotel took extra care to provide us with an abundance of bottled drinking water, completely free of charge. "Location is the only priority for this booking. Room was small. Bathroom was too small, water pressure for shower is not acceptable, Swimming pool need to be clean more regularly, dirty. Breakfast was acceptable. Parking = need to pay 20lira Staff need training. Hotel is more expensive than other hotel that have better amenities, better room size, better staff, better food. Location is great. 5 minutes walk to entrance of pamukkale, many shop and restaurants within 10 minutes walk radius."

"The Özbay hotel is perfectly fine for a stay in Pamukkale. It was a good value room for the price. Conveniently located near the Travertines and several restaurants. Linens are clean and beds are comfy. Unfortunately, our heater wasn’t working and the room was cold. We asked staff to take a look at the heater, but they only gave us the option to move rooms. We had already unpacked, so we didn’t want to move. But even the next day the staff didn’t try to fix it. The front desk team also didn’t seem to know anything about prices for the travertines, nor have a recommended plan for visiting Hieropolis, nor have any info about returning to the airport besides ordering a private car. All this information is available from other sources in town, but it would have been nice if our hotel could have provided some information."
