哎斯拜Nice and very helpful people, nice breakfast. There is a swimming pool and the place is close to the Pamukkale. Many restaurants are next to it by walking 5-10 mins. The wifi speed is slow, but it's an economical choice!

LLet’s Go Solo! The perfect place to stay if going to Pamukkale Terraces and Hieroplois. Owners are amazing and attentive. Extremely helpful with getting the buses and advising on best way to explore Pamukkale. Also great food/restaurant suggestions. Rooms are big and comfortable with all the amenities you could need. Breakfast was delicious and outside in the garden which added to the feel of relaxation and holiday. Would definitely come back here

XxiaocongThis was the best hotel I stayed in during my 10-day trip to Turkey. The decor and management were somewhat chain-style. It was incredibly comfortable, even with the morning chanting. The price was reasonable, and the shower was incredibly refreshing and powerful, like taking a bath in a spa. The room looked exactly like the pictures. I forgot to take a picture. The staff was also very friendly. The included Mediterranean breakfast was very good and healthy. The temple and Pamukkale are located together. I recommend driving to the temple visitor center. Parking for cars is 120 lira. Visit the temple first, then Pamukkale and enjoy a foot bath. The entrance fee is 30 euros.

DDonovan_ldidn’t know I had booked for 1 adult but had 2 of us. The room could fit 4 people, but the guy still insisted on charging extra for the one person So if one person can pay $90 for a room that can fit 4 people, then for 2 people I must top up additional $50? Doesn’t make sense. Anyway the thermal pools are dirty, yellowish, you can feel the sand at the bottom. The handlebar to the steps are broken. Maybe I am comparing with my experience in Japan so this definitely doesn’t match up.

RRchiI would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Pamukkale. The rooms are very clean. Especially the bathroom. It has an outdoor pool and is very clean. This hotel is very close to the entrance to the Pamukkale park. Just walk for 3 minutes. There are many small shops and restaurants around, so if you need something, you can go out and get it. I would like to thank the staff for being very friendly.

NNeol TooMy stay at Pamukkale WhiteHeaven Suite Hotel was nothing short of wonderful! The staff set the tone with a warm welcome, offering refreshing drinks and fruits upon our arrival. Despite our late check-in, they went above and beyond, even offering to send us to a nearby restaurant for a delightful evening meal. The receptionist, a knowledgeable older gentleman, became our guide to the area, generously sharing insights about the local culture and the do's and don'ts. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a family suite, enhancing our overall experience. Given the advice about tap water, the hotel took extra care to provide us with an abundance of bottled drinking water, completely free of charge. The attention to detail continued with a breakfast that exceeded expectations, offering a variety of delicious options. During check-out, the staff demonstrated their commitment to excellent service once again. They not only assisted in booking a taxi but also gifted us a lovely souvenir—a Pamukkale magnet—a thoughtful touch that added a special touch to our departure. In summary, Pamukkale WhiteHeaven Suite Hotel surpassed my expectations with its friendly staff, generous amenities, and a commitment to making every guest feel valued. I highly recommend this hotel for an exceptional and memorable stay in Pamukkale.

BBON970The hotel is a family business. The boss is a bit serious and not as friendly as the two nephews. Yesterday, I paid 208 first, and found 4 air conditioner units outside the window when I entered the room. The boss said that all the twin rooms were full. There were only king-size rooms facing the pool. Then I was given 101 family room, and we used the twin room. When I picked up the car in the morning, I found 8 air conditioners outside the window. If the glass was not soundproof, I think the boss is a bit mean. The breakfast looked full on the L-shaped table, but it was mainly vegetables and cheese. I could only eat biscuits to fill my stomach. Dinner was not a choice, so I had to settle at the hotel. A plate of mixed grill + a plate of baked vegetables for 1050 lira. What did I order in the comments that it was cheap? The main building has an elevator, the bath water is good, and the dog is very cute. To be honest

NNikita_ShA very pleasant, fresh aparthotel in Pamukkale. A magnificent, huge room, beautifully renovated. Comfortable beds, chairs, and a sofa. The windows offer panoramic views of the travertines, and early in the morning, we were even lucky enough to see hot air balloons flying nearby – simply amazing! Breakfast is traditional Turkish, delicious, and filling. And I'd also like to especially mention the wonderful, responsive host – he helped us with everything, offered advice, and was overall extremely welcoming.

XXueyebinfenThe hotel is a few kilometers away from Pamukkale and close to the Hercules scenic area, but it is a cooperative hotel for group tours. To be honest, the appearance looks OK and it is also known as a hot spring resort hotel, but the overall facilities are average, just at the domestic three-star level, and the quality of meals and many room supplies is average.

GGuest UserWould you like my honest opinion? My first negative impression was upon checking in at the front desk. The manager was very surprised that we had arrived with our pet, a 3 kg Yorkshire Terrier. He spent a long time on the phone and was very unhappy when he was told over the phone that we could check in with our pet. However, both the hotel's website and trip.com state that pets are allowed! I specifically chose this hotel! I don't understand how the receptionist could be unaware of such important information and make guests worry. (After all, if he hadn't allowed us to check in, we would have had to find a new hotel immediately!) Second, we booked twin rooms—that means there should be a door between the rooms, not two standard rooms next to each other! Third, I can say about the food—it's available, it's safe, and it's delicious—but that's debatable. For breakfast, you can have an omelet or scrambled eggs prepared by a sous-vide. Fourth, I was surprised by the tea in the lobby, where a sign in three languages stated that tea was paid for, but no one paid for it—what's the point of that sign?! The beds are quite comfortable, but the mattress is a bit hard for my taste, and the beds are narrow. We were given attic rooms, and at 173 cm tall, I kept brushing the ceiling when approaching the bed. I also arrived in a Tesla, which also influenced my choice of hotel. As a result, there was only one very slow charger, and there was a queue for it. I ended up charging at a neighboring hotel, which has four fast chargers and two slow ones. Overall, it's bearable for two days, but for me, five stars is too much for this hotel; four stars is the maximum. And there's practically no parking at the hotel; all cars park on the street in front of the hotel.
