FFrederickCleanliness, location, and service are good, because it is a new hotel. The bed and pillow facilities are not very comfortable, because the size of the head pillow is too big so it is difficult for me to sleep comfortably.

GGuest UserSwisss everywhere are similar, this one is in disrepair, especially the Vila where we stayed, the sanitary conditions are poor, sorry for the price. It would be better to switch to a newly opened Aston.

GGuest Usernew hotel and looks fresh. my booking including breakfast but instead of a full meal breakfast , it was delivered to room with limited choices such as Nasi Goreng or Bubur. the reason given was low occupancy so the full serving kitchen was closed. I would suggest the booking system gives the option of with or without breakfast so at least I can manage my expectation.
wifi connection was very slow.
smart tv is not working when I logged in to my netflix account.

SShenzhenFoodieOne of the great hotels located in downtown Palu. Friendly bf kind staffers, and provide a good selection of breakfast. The hotel manager will come to each table and have a little chit chat with the costumer. The room is spacious and clean. The pool is nice and close to the gym on the 3rd floor. You can see the things around the hotel from the pool. From this hotel you can go anywhere around downtown Palu. The only drawback is the internet. There are times when the internet is down for like 15 minutes. However, I don’t mind staying in this hotel again in the future.
