The rooms and breakfast are not to a 4 star standard, I have genuinely had better in 2 & 3 stars hotels. The rooms are old yet unfinished looking? None of the balcony doors or windows, or presses close as they are warped, so the smell of the wildfires was constantly in our room and the A/C couldn't fully work as the hot air was getting in from outside. There was makeup on the sheets as we just checked in.. and the WIFI is SO BAD. Once again I've had better wifi in hostels.. it comes and goes very frustrating. The breakfast had a fine selection, yet the rolls were rock solid and pastries were stale, they kept putting the same stale, hard rolls and pastries out every day I think it's just for show? It's sounds like I'm being picky, I'm honestly not I stay in 2/3 stars all the time I'm just disappointed as we were excited to stay in a 4 star and it was a massive disappointment apart from the pool."

"The location is good—away from the main street yet still within walking distance of everything. However, I was a bit disappointed, as paying $54 for one night didn’t feel worth it. It would be fine for a regular hotel at a lower price, but at that rate, the value didn’t match the cost. I understand it’s high season, but pricing should still reflect the overall experience. The property is right on the street, so you can hear everything passing by. The woman who checked me in was wearing pajamas, which I wouldn’t normally mind, but it added to the feeling that the stay wasn’t worth what I paid. Regardless, the view is beautiful from the room"

Really enjoyed the pork porridge and the many fruit varieties. However to note, the toilet window is fixed open, so cool wind will enter the toilet, making it super cold and unbearable. The aircon has no heater function so can be really cold in the room. If want to come during the cold period of Nov, do take note."

The village villas are not villas but more like a cabin, so not sound proof and packed near each other. Breakfast is modest. Great friendly staff. Good Italian restaurant. Everything it' s beautiful and clean! It' s a paradise. We eat a nice meal on front to the river so relaxing and the owner and the guy at the restaurant are so lovely.
And to have a hot spring in that paradise oooh it' s something very rare and wonderful.
A part the bed that it was a bit to hard we don't have any complain and it was one of the best hotel that we had been here in Tahiland. We will be back 😊"
