"For this price 400 bath, it is perfect. It looks nice. But be ready that it is not very clean. The trash bins and the fridge were very dirty. The Windows isclosed with much difficulty, the lock does not work well. You can not be sure about safety of your belonings, especially if you live on the first Floor. First Floor is with rooms without airconditioner. The second Floor is a little more expensive, 500 bath. But with air on and looks more safe. Any way it is a good place. And I disided to stay longer here but book another room and move from the 1st Floor to the second one. On trip.com it costs even a little cheaper then to pay by cash."

"First of all, the price is cheap, and the room is spacious, which is great! And the location is really good. It's not too far from Walking Street, but it's a little bit away, so it's perfect! (In fact, if you're close to Walking Street, it can be noisy.) The breakfast doesn't have many kinds of food, but it's still delicious, and most of all, the staff is friendly.
The only regret is that there are a few spider webs in the room, and there are a lot of gaps in the door, so it seems like bugs can easily come in. There were actually a few mosquitoes. You have to request a separate room cleaning. And the refrigerator didn't work. There was water in the refrigerator. I thought about asking separately, but I don't really need a refrigerator, so I didn't take any action. Still, I'm very satisfied with this price.
