"Great hotel with lovely rooms and a very nice pool. Service was excellent, it was a nice touch having the use of the hotel shuttle bus. Very good breakfast, buffet style with lots of choice. Location of hotel fairly central, just a short walk to the main areas but very quiet at night. Would definitely recommend."

"It is a nice place in General. But the staff do not speak English and at any case they call the owner and give you the Phone to talk. There is nobody at reception from the evening. At our Room on the second Floor there was an electrycity problem at night, the light was always bliking with the sound. So we could not use aircon, fen, fridge etc. It felt dangerous. It was on the whole Floor. We said it to the owner. But we were not sure that they would fix it, so next day we mooved to the 1st floor, where there was not such a problem. Byt the 1st Floor does not have such a beautiful View and aircon unfortunatly."

"Nice small resort. Good vibe. Go for the larger villas facing the river. Price difference not not much. They are much quieter. The village villas are not villas but more like a cabin, so not sound proof and packed near each other. Breakfast is modest. Great friendly staff. Good Italian restaurant. "We stayed in a cute bungalow at the very end of the resort. The resort is secluded with quiet peaceful ambiance, suitable for family or group vacation. There is a swimming pool and a small dining place if you opt for breakfast. There is sufficient parking space. The resort is about a kilometer away from the Walking Street night market, and the street is quite dark at night."

"The hotel is on the bank of the Bai River, and there is a pontoon to walk to the market. The staff are warm and thoughtful and helped to walk a long way with luggage. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Maybe they just came from the Tree House Hotel and finally feel relieved. I had a good night's sleep. The breakfast is rich, the order system, the service is very nice. The swimming pool was very clean, but unfortunately, it rained for a long time the next day. The water in the pool was cold and the children could not swim as expected. Compared to the weekend night market in Chiang Mai, the night market here is more suitable for eating and walking. The fruit pancakes are really delicious!"

"The hotel lays quiet in a big green area but if there is a neighbor in the attached bungalow one can hear every word. Room and bathroom are big. The door should be from wood and not special glass. The breakfast is good, but when there is a buffet, very minimum choise, only good for Thais (no milk, no fruits, no meat), coffee in paperbox."

"The hotel is located directly in the tourist center of Pai. Very lively and noisy in the evenings and at night (!) location. We lived in a double villa. The condition is satisfactory, but requires updating. There were problems with the removal of water from the sink in the toilet. The partition with the neighboring room is ”paper”. The TV is old, without USB. The set of channels is standard through a set-top box that did not read flash drives with NTFS. Cleaning on request. There is a swimming pool, but, alas, the water does not warm up to comfortable temperatures (end of November 2024). In general, the impressions of staying at the hotel are good. Price / quality meet expectations."
