"Great place to stay. Very clean and the pool area is small but nice. The rooms are well laid out and has everything you need. We did change rooms as the walls are very thin and the noise from the rooms above and beside had noisy families. Breakfast was good with excellent selection. We tried to add extra nights to our stay, however the hotel was fully booked."

"Location: it is not that near to night market. Walking with young kids not easy. However, free shuttle bus to the night market makes the distance tolerable.
Room: The doors to the room and toilet are sagging. Made it difficult to close without screeching sound. Sound proofing can be improved. I could hear people talking along the corridor and a group of people partying loudly at the open air lobby area. Mosquitoes fly into the room the moment you open the door. Thankfully the bed is clean and comfortable.
Breakfast is also decent."

"I appreciated the care given from the staff, and the manager. I am a vegetarian and each morning he made sure I was accommodated with some warm vegetarian food. I moved from the standard room to the cottage because there is no sound proofing, something that would serious upgrade the standard rooms.
I loved the peace and quiet, the hotsprings and watching the elephant bath in the river each morning."

"Nice hotel with a great view and good location. A bit far from town but ok with your own transport. Hotel has no lift and many stairs which made it difficult for us with a baby. Also, as foreign family I’m really surprised the lack of cribs in hotels. Overall a decent stay."

"We stayed there for 3 nights and the service was very good, except for one time when the woman at the reception didn't call a taxi, even though we had asked twice and we were late for our meeting point at the zipline. Cleanliness was very good and everything except beer in the minibar was free. Great location"

YYuA super beautiful hotel. Pai is indeed a good place. The overall design of this hotel is very beautiful and worth checking in. The rooms are also good, but the sound insulation is very poor. After we checked in, two Chinese people came next to us. They didn't care about the children and kept staying there. Screaming, even screaming when playing in the water, it is easy to go crazy, but at this price, it is highly recommended, and I will stay here again next time in Pai County.

RRachel DiAfter a long period of epidemic, I finally came back and stayed at my beloved hotel again. I love the environment, scenery, and food as much as ever, so much so that I dragged my friends to stay in the hotel for 24 hours.
When I went out, I felt that I didn't want to book a room here.

It is awkward to use. The wind is very strong. Another point is the noise problem. There is a bar near the door. By 2 o'clock in the morning, those who have insomnia will definitely become even more insomniac. It is very noisy and loud. The breakfast is still good.

GGuest UserThe hotel lays quiet in a big green area but if there is a neighbor in the attached bungalow one can hear every word. Room and bathroom are big. The door should be from wood and not special glass. The breakfast is good, but when there is a buffet, very minimum choise, only good for Thais (no milk, no fruits, no meat), coffee in paperbox.

MMaimon TopWe stayed in a cute bungalow at the very end of the resort. The resort is secluded with quiet peaceful ambiance, suitable for family or group vacation. There is a swimming pool and a small dining place if you opt for breakfast. There is sufficient parking space.
The resort is about a kilometer away from the Walking Street night market, and the street is quite dark at night.

There is a large swimming pool on premises. Breakfast was ok. Nothing too fancy: bread, coffee/tea, with boiled or fried eggs. Cereal also available with fruits.

GGuest UserI had a really great time at mad monkey! The staff was amazing, super friendly and helpful. I did my laundry, booked a bus ticket back to chiang mai and rented a scooter at the front desk. They oftentimes offer fun communal activities. The rooms were really modern and clean and the individual blacked out curtains provided enough privacy :) the location is not right downtown (but you can walk there in 10 minutes) which I loved bc it was quiet during night hours.

AAnonymous UserI had a great stay here. Location was perfect for me. You can have a breakfast watching river and take a walk along the river. It is located in the corner of Pai walking street, so you can walk to walking street any time. Also, it is close to the Pai bus terminal( walking distance). Room was spacious and clean. But, don’t expect like 4star hotel service here. There is no receptionist. There is a lady doing multi roles(working at front desk, hotel restaurant,…I am sure many more). She was busy but very helpful. I enjoyed my staying here and I will book this hotel again next time when I travel to Pai.

申申市金龙The hotel environment is very good, the service attitude is also OK, that is, the hot water temperature in the hotel is not high, poor physical fitness and the elderly are not suitable for bathing, and we arrived at the hotel the day before and had lunch at the hotel, and the result was given to us The second basin was provided with dust on it, so we had to wash the basin by ourselves as a last resort. We are not very satisfied with these two points, the others are okay.
