We checked in for two nights at Pai Friendly Resort, a family operated resort, about a 15-minute walk to the Pai Walking Street. A small boutique hideaway with basic amenities - kettle and hair dryer. The room was clean and cosy, and the swimming pool offered a refreshing dip during hotter days.

We stayed for 2 weeks in December-January. The bungalows are simple and small, but we were comfortable enough. It has a cozy, quiet, rural atmosphere, and it's a 5-7 minute scooter ride to the center. The staff were friendly and brought coffee and cookies every morning! There's a microwave at reception. On the downside: the water heater is old, and you only get hot water with very weak pressure, which is a big minus on a cold winter morning in Pai. Also, the walls need painting.

Comfortable location: a step from the pedestrian street, and if you cross the bridge, there is already a less crowded area with scenic landscapes. But in rooms you cannot leave any food as possible, as insects will come. Renovation is already tired. The girl on the respiratory was very friendly and helped with all the difficulties.

It was such a great stay there. We can even watch the sunrise from our room. The environment is quiet and clean. There is no rental service around there, but uncle dropped us in town to rent a motorbike by his car and it was free service. There’s free coffee, bread, and fruits and you can get as much as you want. You can make BBQ yourself also. We accidentally burned the plates and we asked to pay for them, but they refused to be paid. It’s worth to stay there compared with the price.

Checkin went quite quickly. Parking at the entrance, there were 2 spaces available. The bungalows were quite good for the price. Bed was good and shower and toilet were ok. Shower temperature could be adequately regulated. The door could be closed with a padlock when you went out. It could simply be locked from the inside. Did not use general area at reception.

Guest UserVery green territory and extremely nice lady at the front gate. I arrived without booking but she helped me to get in and showed around. Room is good and there’s a little terrace outside.
