we were two friends having two rooms and were staying during Ramadan, so we were the only guests there I guess.. they took care of us so well, we were very satisfied and will stay again in the near future

Very friendly and helpful staff. Lobby is beautiful. Rooms are small and basic.

The hotel have half shut down during Ramadan. I was the only guest, the hot water don’t come unless you turn the tape continuously for 10 minutes The lift it’s not working half of the time the manager it’s okay betho Junior workers are lazy and refused to help you with luggage .

In the evening at the hotel, you can see the beautiful sky.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast is nice. 10 kd from the city center. within walking distance. However, the wi-fi was not working in the room.

The receptionist let me to check in at 09:30 which was perfect, the room was comfortable and simple, the location was perfect, the breakfast table did not offer so much vegan option but for the others i think it was good. i was stuck in the lift and had to use the emergency button to ask for a help but the staff did not run to help me, they behaved so cool.

Charming hotel, collection of old objects, large and pretty rooms. Very clean, well maintained. Very cordial welcome. Also located in the center of Oran, not far to go for beautiful walks. A pleasant stay.

1) très bien situé en centre ville, près du tram et du téléphérique 2) personnel très accueillant (des réceptionnistes aux dames de service, en passant par le directeur) 3) hôtel très propre 4) les chambres sont grandes 5) la literie est confortable et propre 6) le rapport qualité prix 7)honnêteté du personnel : j’avais oublié un petit bijou sur le lavabo, il a été retrouvé et m’a été remis. Un accueil très chaleureux avec un personnel très sympathique et toujours prêt à rendre service. L’hôtel est confortable et très bien situé pour visiter la ville. Notre séjour a été très agréable grâce au directeur qui nous a donné plein de conseils et renseignements, nous le remercions vivement. Le restaurant est également à recommander.

Situé entre la vieille ville et le centre dans la partie la plus vivante et intéressante d Oran, cet hôtel qui paraît un peu kitsch en raison de sa déco possède des atouts : la proximité des sites principaux (prévoir un taxi pour le fort et l église de Santa Cruz), des chambres vastes et dotées des équipements essentiels pour un séjour confortable (wifi, tv avec 2/3 chaînes francophones, pt déj correct, frigo, parking surveillé...) Prix autour de 60 E pour une double avec pt déj. Accueil sympathique.
