The hotel is located on a mountain, and the night view is stunning... Unfortunately, the swimming pool and spa are not available for cleaning on Mondays, but they will be available for use the next day... The breakfast is also rich, and parking is convenient.

Overall, we were satisfied, but during breakfast in the restaurant, the staff started carrying chairs and tables to the outside area while the guests continued to eat breakfast. The cold air coming in from outside, leaving the door open for a long time and the excessive noise there made everyone very uncomfortable. Employees had to be more careful in the environment where guests were present. Apart from that, a little more variety could have been added to the breakfast, we found the variety to be a bit lacking compared to other Ramada hotels. Cleanliness and location ***et was good. It is located a little far from the center of Bursa, so you will need to take a taxi to get around. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes to get to the center by taxi, about 100TL. Unfortunately, we could not stay at the hotel. We could not check in to the hotel due to an incident that happened to us. Our request for cancellation or accommodation in a Ramada in another region was not accepted.

This hotel is on a hillside, not in the downtown area. It is very secluded. When eating, walk down to the next street and there is a restaurant. Walking a little further up, there is a gymnasium where you can see a group of children training.
