Varied sweet and savory breakfast, although some items could have used a little more freshness."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the two receptionists, who were very professional and friendly. A big thank you also goes to all the staff, who were always smiling and attentive. The hotel is very well located, just a stone's throw from the tram and two stops from the city center, yet in a quiet neighborhood. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and the entire property is well-maintained. The breakfast is generous and varied, and the evening meal is also of high quality. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be happy to return!"

Four Points by Sheraton Oran ★★★★★
"I have traveled a lot and I have never had such a catastrophic experience as at the Four Point By Sheraton in Oran. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, there was no one to welcome us. The gentleman sitting at the entrance didn't even lift a finger to help us pass our bags through the security scanner. No member of staff came to help us take our suitcases to the room. The reception was dull, and the welcome during check-in was unparalleled. To top it off, one of the elevators was broken, and an unpleasant smell reigned in the common areas. Once in our room, we were disappointed by its smallness, the blurred view through dirty floor-to-ceiling windows, and bland decor that left something to be desired. The hammam was out of service, and in the spa relaxation area, only two deckchairs were available, placed in a corridor facing dirty bay windows. Fingerprints were everywhere. Additionally, the outdoor pool was closed, depriving us of even the opportunity to sit and admire the view. We eventually decided to leave for the neighboring hotel, the Oran Bay, where we met other guests who had also chosen to leave the Four Points."

The hotel it self is close to Downtown The staff was also incredibly helpful and friendly , always ready to make sure we had a great stay. Thanks to Jalil in the front office. The only negative point was the water which was yellowish in color. I would definitely recommend the Colombe Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish place to stay in Oran. "

"Personnel very unfriendly. I was there for three nights, and when leaving, I asked for Bill with all details, including a room service I ordered during my stay. The lady refused and said the bill will not include it, and that I should have asked for a bill when I got the room service. Even sending this bill separately to me via email was not an option. I felt like I'm dealing with thieves. The checkout was also very slow. This is hotel I will never visit again. I do not recommend it at all."

"A hotel that's just okay to be fair. The rooms are a bit cramped for the standard, the breakfast is basic, the restaurant kitchens are apparently poorly ventilated which causes odors to rise into the rooms. Even though the hotel is close to the center, it is still located in a neighborhood that is under construction. Yes, I almost forgot the lounge or whatever, located on the ground floor, which creates an incredible racket."
