The hotel's cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired (there was fungus in the shower stall) and also the way they approach customers at the reception. If we are renting and paying, we are consumers, they should treat consumers better and with courtesy. I do not recommend the hotel. From 1 to 10, it is worth 3.

I was very pleased with my stay. The hotel is very clean, which made all the difference in comfort. The breakfast is varied and tasty, with good options to start the day off right. The staff was excellent, always helpful and polite. The location is another positive point, as it provides easy access to several attractions and services. Considering all this, I found the cost-benefit to be very good. I would definitely stay here again!

When I arrived at the hotel, they couldn't find my reservation. I had to show them the email with the receipt and wait a few minutes. The hotel was full, but they managed to get me a room. Bathroom sink was clogged.

When I go to BH I always stay at Nobile Inn Pampulha. It's close to everything I need and the accommodation is in line with the purpose of my trip. In my case, the cost-benefit ratio is perfect!

Good hotel. The Wi-Fi could be improved, it practically didn't work all day. Another point, my registration didn't appear in the system so it took a while to make the reservation. Other than that, everything was ok, good.

Leaks in the bathroom flooding the floor. Employees did not wear standardized clothing. One of them was wearing a soccer jersey.

Comfortable room, panoramic view of the city. It met our expectations. Delicious and varied breakfast, very attentive staff. Free local parking. Fair price! I recommend it.

The hotel is well located, clean and has good facilities. The breakfast is simple but very tasty. My only observation is the noise at night, like doors slamming and things like that. I don't think it's the hotel's fault, but rather the other clueless guests...
