Got a twin room which was huge but that's pretty much it. The property is dated, the hot water isn't really working, but the air conditioning was strong and overall it's a clean place to sleep for the night.

Sad to see this once elegant hotel going in to decline, in need of better maintenance and refurbishment. no hot water for shower and showerhead way past its sell by date. Inadequate toilet flush. When I opened fridge door it dropped and I had to grab it. A poor repair had been done to the top hinge. Came back from an early walk and sat in the lounge - no aircon..so had to go to my room. Without investment and better management I guess its in a downward spiral now. Sad to see.

Very convenient location. Variety of breakfast.

The hotel is a short distance away from the bus terminal - about 5-10 minutes ride. The hotel is quite big and the room is spacious too. Good toiletries are provided eg. shower gel, shampoo. There are two local pubs nearby within walking distance. There is also a 7-11 just next to the hotel, facing the main road.

Excellent Hotel. Very clean and luxurious. Excellent price per night. Close to amenities.

Huge hotel with swimming pools. The pools are closed too soon to use after dinner. Too many birds and pigeons nesting outside the buildings. Bird poops and feathers are all around the pools in the evening. With a little more attention, this place will be an amazing hotel for travelers.

just stay overnight, value of money.

I was sent to unfinished room. the second room was awful of dust look like never been touched for longtime the third one is ok but have no fridge.

The bathroom is too narrow. The room is spacious. If you don't buy breakfast, there is no coffee in the room. I have to deduct points for this.

The accommodation is spacious. The water flows very slowly. It is easy to find food. There is a 7-Eleven and a restaurant at the entrance. It is very close to many tourist attractions. My children love staying in the city. We went during Songkran and the accommodation called a tuk-tuk to go play Songkran behind Robinson. Overall, it is good.

Good location, easy access, but the room facilities are a bit lacking.

The salad in the breakfast has rotten tomatoes on the plate. It looks unclean, like the tomatoes were just poured into the plate without washing them and the rotten and unattractive ones were removed.

Overall good..but I would like to ask about the staff being more proactive, both in check-in and check-out, leaving customers waiting..be more careful in taking care of customers.
