The bedroom wall was full with scratch, got small cockroaches , the bedsheet looked like wasnt changed from previous

Room is very small and so hot. AC were working weak and not enough for even small room. Cockroach have also there wasn’t shampoo.

Great staff, nice location, but the bed sheets i found, weren't that clean, small cockroaches roaming around, spiders in the corners of the room, and on top of that, there was a lot of noise at night from other guests next door, laughing and speaking very loud at 4 am. If you had a late flight and want some rest, i don't recommend this place because getting some sleep is not guaranteed.

I recently stayed at The Grand Oak Hotel and had a wonderful experience. From check-in to check-out, the staff was welcoming and attentive, ensuring a smooth arrival. Bedsheets is dirty and very strong bad smells..it's not changed after the previous guest..

Good for one night stay to catch the flight. Near to eateries. The sink in my room 113 clogged.

Service goods. Facilities is not complete, no tv remote, no enough toilet tissue & the wire iron not long, difficult to iron on iron board :)
