Nice enough place and well situated. My room was nice but the last day of cleaning was not of a good standard. Rubbish was still in the room and the bathroom was not the same standard as it was the previous days. Pool was nice but the missing tiles were a bit dangerous and sharp. Front desk staff were efficient but didn’t smile. The people that were standing by the door were fantastic and helpful. The tour desk was useless, the person working there didn’t even acknowledge my existence until he finished what he was doing on his phone.

Very convenient spot where it's easy to travel around the city. The room is small but very clean and neat.

The process of check in does take time. We waited like 20mins each of us for the check in procedure. Not sure why it needs to take so long. The restaurant was very crowded during breakfast and lunch. The food was mostly all indian food which we hope to see more international cuisine

The hotel is located within walking distance to KLCC, but the walkways along the way are not paved all the way. Check in was smooth and the room was clean and in order. The tv had some problems where the channels went missing each time the TV was turned off, and had to manually tune the channels again. That was kinda weird! Other than that, there was a faint drain smell coming out from the bathroom.

It’s pleasurable to stay @ ibis Malaysia Kuala Lumpur city center with convenient location. It’s a little inconvenient assigning occupied room. However, to compensate inconvenience caused, offer complimentary drinks. Overall it’s worth staying there & excellent breakfasts.

Swimming pool is good and has nice views! The hotel doesn’t look like 4 star hotels, they don’t have comb, lotion, conditioner. Towels are very old. The stuff and travel agent are very nice and friendly.

Location is ok, not far away from met station, and close to KLCC. But there are very few types of breakfast.

Good location ,just walking distance to Twin tower .wonderful stay .value for money .good breakfast

Negative: Room TV has no YouTube and Netflix App , very boring and swimming pool is very small. Complimentary coffee powder has no coffee taste and fragrance. Positive: 950 m to Twin Towers and location is quite good. Bed is good and comfortable Room is clean , Safe, Fridge are provided.

Average. The room is clean but had no view despite being in floor 26. Breakfast is delicious. However, the pool also has no significant view. In general, the hotel did not exceed the expectations. Perhaps next time we try to find other options.

Ibis always provides the best service. This trip event has more security with a car park with a security system. The owner needs to inform the front desk when they want to take out the car. This system will prevent car theft by outsiders.
