The staff was excellent and responded to our every request and need. The breakfast matched the level of staff support. It was sumptuous and worth the money. And the pool and gym were also great. The pool was warm and perfect.

Room was a good size for 2 people. Breakfast was too good. Staff was accommodating

The location is a bit of a distance from the old town but everything about this hotel is superb.

The room is very good, the breakfast is very luxurious, the hotel provides free city bus tickets, you can take it to Lugano train station, 100 meters is the mountain rail station, 100 meters is a medium-sized supermarket, 300 meters is the lakeside scenic area

The hotel is older, but the front desk service is good. The surrounding restaurant industry is good. It is only a five-minute walk to Lake Lugano. The location is excellent.

Except for the location and environment, everything else about the hotel is just so-so.

Not far from the lake, transportation is convenient. Modern decoration style. The room is relatively small. I feel it is more suitable for business trips, not suitable for families or parents and children. Overall lack of highlights. The price is on the high side.
