The bottled mineral water in the refrigerator was not clearly marked as being charged, so I mistakenly drank it and had to pay for it. The shape of the bottle was very similar to the free one offered by the hotel. I believe there should be a label to prevent customers from misunderstanding and incurring losses.

I recently had a wonderful stay at Dusit2 in Bangkok. The hotel offers impeccable service with friendly and attentive staff who made me feel truly welcomed. I had a wonderful experience at Dusit D2 Samyan. The hotel is new, with a modern and comfortable interior design. The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and all the amenities were well thought out and fully furnished. A special touch that made my stay even more memorable was the surprise birthday cake the staff prepared—such a thoughtful gesture! The location is also great: it's in a quiet area but still very convenient, with a 7-Eleven just a stone's throw away. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bangkok.

My stay at this hotel was an amazing experience! The staff is extremely attentive, always smiling, and ready to help. The room was perfectly quiet and well soundproofed—you can hear a faint noise from the street, but absolutely nothing from the neighbors. The bedding is simply magical; it feels like sleeping on a cloud. The breakfast is varied and of great quality, with plenty of options to start the day right. The location is also a big plus: the hotel is well situated, close to the metro, with a 7/11 just downstairs and plenty of street food options nearby. It also features a rooftop with stunning views and a poolside bar, perfect for relaxing. The only small downside? I didn’t get my welcome cocktail… Which just goes to show how flawless everything else was!

Very good and clean hotel with the nicest staff. Rooftop bar had a good vibe. Gym size is sufficient with 3 thread mills and some other machine. 7/11 in front of the hotel and some nice outdoor bar/food option. The free in house tuk tuk was super convenient for going to the pier and bts.

A good location which was walking distance to where we wanted to be but not everyone would be happy with this location. The hotel had everything we needed including a great little rooftop pool and chill area. Great staff, excellent breakfast and everything was perfect for our short two day stay. Recommended!

Overall really good! Helpful staff and super nice rooms. Quick walk to samyan metro station, or buss stop right outside! 7/11 is also right outside.
