"Invincible sea view, the service is also very good, the room is also very beautiful, the fly in the ointment is that there is no bathrobe and no slippers, such a beautiful view must be worn neatly to enjoy the beautiful view on the balcony. The hotel does not have a laundry room, and the sink cannot store water when you wash it. It is difficult to deal with clothes if you swim back. "Not recommended, the floor is on the top floor, the fifth floor in the Chinese concept, there is no elevator, when you check in, you have to wait for the landlord for a long time, the landlord asks the guests to carry their luggage upstairs, no one cares when checking out, the guests carry their luggage down the five-story stairs. The room is average, like a small apartment, but in this small town, it seems that many of them are such apartments, and there are not many to choose from. Health is really good. However, the bath is very laborious, the hot water is likely to be enough to complete half of the bath, the water heater is very small."

"The hotel is by the sea, but it is far from the old city, the environment may be good here, and the personal feeling is built according to the German holiday habits.
The stay experience is particularly bad, the room is too small, the bed pillow is particularly soft and uncomfortable, the construction noise outside started at 6 am, and the water was stopped several times due to the construction pipeline failure. In short, it feels particularly bad.
The restaurant includes three meals for morning, noon and evening, and the tableware is not cleaned in place."

I brought a rental car, but the parking entrance was obviously narrow, but I parked without any problems. The handsome young owner who checked in kindly informed the surrounding attractions. 😃
Air conditioning, hot water, everything was satisfactory, especially highly recommended to Koreans."

"The hotel rooms are clean and neat, both inside and out. I requested an early check-in in advance, and they prepared it well. All the staff were friendly. The breakfast wasn't great, but it wasn't too bad. The rooms were large enough, and the bathrooms were large and clean. It's about a 10-minute walk to the main tourist attractions, but if you think of it as a walk, it's not too far. If you're traveling around Zadar for a night, this accommodation is very good value for money. Parking is convenient, and there's no parking fee."

"Location of this hotel is about 15 mins walk from Zadar Old Town gate, room was kind of small and since it's located in a crowded residential area, parking was very hard to find. Hotel itself was clean and tidy and moderate, with very good breakfast. Did not try their restaurant for dinner, but I noticed the price on their menu was outrageous, on par with good restaurants in Manhattan or London. I know Croatia is very expensive lately, but it's getting too popular they milk tourists however they can."

AAnonymous UserBecause of some things, we need to arrive at the hotel a little later. Maybe the city is small and the front desk is hard to find. The female boss came to pick us up in person. She is a very beautiful lady! Candies were prepared for the children, and drinks and coffee were prepared for the adults. She also carefully introduced the must-see places in the old town. The room is fully equipped, beautifully decorated, and soundproof. We live next to the church and it is not noisy. The boss lady also prepared oatmeal and a kettle. If you are in a hurry, you can also solve dinner. Recommended!

GGuest UserIt is a homestay, you need to contact the landlord before you check in. There is a phone at the door, you can call, but the other party speaks Croatian, and finally found the little brother in the bar next to it to help answer the phone. It is best to contact the email in advance to inform the check-in time, otherwise you need to wait. The landlord was very nice and introduced the nearby attractions and dining in detail. The room is also very beautiful, with a microwave and refrigerator. In the old city, taxis cannot be reached directly and need to take a short walk. Need to climb the stairs, please be cautious if the box is too big.

GGuest UserWhile more like a restaurant with hostel rooms and a small common area / kitchen, it’s in amazing location. 20 minute walk from the bus station, in the center of the old town and 15 minute walk from the beach. Rooms are great, with so many storage things, beds are good. WiFi is very good. Staff was great and friendly even though they pay more attention to the restaurant. Common space which is the kitchen is small, with a couch, few chairs and a table. It’s a small but functional kitchen, however it could use a cleaning. All in all if I were to return to Zadar I would stay again, it doesn’t really have anything bad; the only slight thing is there’s no door handles to the showers and there’s nothing really stopping random people from walking into the halls, although the common space does have key card access if the door is closed.

__SamW_The annex building is some distance from the front desk, and the front desk brother will help carry the luggage to the room. Breakfast needs to go back to the restaurant next to the front desk to eat
The hotel is located in the center of Split Old Town, about 5 minutes walk from the sea organ, not far from other old town attractions
If you drive by yourself, when you arrive at the hotel, you can hand over the car key to the front desk. The front desk brother will valet parking, parking fee 13 euros a day.
The location is quite excellent, recommended for a short stay!

GGuest UserA youth hostel similar to a capsule warehouse. The location is very good. It is right in the center of the city. Zadar is not expensive, but hotels are really expensive. This price is acceptable. It is within a 5-minute walk from the airport bus drop-off point and the day tour meeting point.
