"I highly recommend this hotel, it should be one of the best in Nozawa. The rooms are spacious and the hotel staff are also very professional and enthusiastic. I especially recommend the hotel's own hot springs, which have very good facilities and are decorated in a romantic atmosphere. It happened that after skiing, it was snowing, and the open-air hot spring felt particularly good."
"This hotel is a pure homestay. It should have been run by a couple and an elderly person. During the period, I didn't see any other staff hired. Four people to manage a shop is definitely not enough. The sanitation of the room is not cleaned. They only change the bathrobes every day. Sanitation and toilets are not clean. Therefore, the sanitation is quite worrying. The corner countertops are gray and the room sleeps. When the blanket shakes, dust will float up. Then the hot spring place is also in distressing conditions, the walls are full of mildew, and then the hot spring pool can be responsible for never draining the water to clean, because I touch the edge of the pool every day when I soak, the same one every day The place is abnormally slippery, and there are always black floccules floating in the pool, both in the pools for men and women. I have never encountered this before, so I don’t think much about it. The hot spring bathroom is also all kinds of things. The cleaning is not clean, the whole is dirty, slippery and moldy. Speaking of breakfast, it's really a simple farm breakfast. More than half of the food is purchased. The meat slices and sausages are all ready-made from outside. It feels like I am eating a convenience store package. However, the family of the guesthouse are all super nice people. The room area is also large, much larger than the previous Sumiyoshi house. The location is good next to the bus stop, but the food and sanitary conditions are really flattering. In addition, The shopkeepers can't speak English or understand them, but they are very willing to help. They are very good at heart and quality. If you don't mind accommodation and food, you can choose. After all, it is very economical!"
"It is difficult to drive by car, so other means of transportation are recommended. I booked a suite room, but it was very large and I enjoyed it enough even for a large number of people."
"Very cozy bed and breakfast, good environment, clean and spacious room, the improved dinner and breakfast are very good and special, dinner is a large set, it is really a good stay. The hotel also thoughtfully put the guest's name at the door of the room. It is also close to the bus station for convenient check-in with luggage. Will choose next time I go to Nozawaonsen."

GGuest UserIt is highly recommended that Chinese friends who want to go to Nagano Hot Spring Village live in this homestay. It is very good, clean, the landlord is enthusiastic, and the meals are very rich. I came to this homestay in a foreign country and added a lot of warmth to the journey.
GGuest UserMy daughters stayed here, the dinner was delicious, and the hot springs were amazing! The hotel receptionist was very good at keeping us warm and spoke good English, so they were very satisfied and it was a great place. The view was also nice.
Ttina#Popularity# Measures to prevent and control mosquitoes, cost-effectiveness, safety, location, lighting in the room, satisfactory room layout; the hotel is very convenient and clean. It was a very kind and enjoyable trip to the landlady. I highly recommend it.
The hotel is very clean and very convenient. The owner is very kind and made me have a great time in the Noze Hot Spring Ski Resort. I highly recommend that you choose this hotel and you will not be disappointed.
RReginaWe initially couldn't secure rooms with en-suite bathrooms, but we were pleasantly surprised by how clean both the shared bathrooms and rooms were. The onsen was a delightful feature, offering both indoor and outdoor baths. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent, and the location is very convenient—just a short walk to Nozawa Onsen town and close to the ski park. We had such a great time and will definitely be returning!
DDeequeeLodge was a little too steep and due to it being on the hill, it was icy and slippery when I got there and fell and cut my face. The lodge is a little old and during winter the room that has a sink does not have hot water. We had to walk out to the common area to wash our face coz it was way too cold to even wash our hands.
