Just before I went up the mountain, I went to the car rental company to re-rent a four-wheel drive up the mountain (the local four-wheel drive rents about 30 to 50 riyals a day). If you don’t want to rent a car and drive by yourself, you can make an appointment with the hotel 48 hours in advance and let the hotel arrange a car to pick you up at the foot of the mountain, but the cost is very high, and the round-trip fare is 130 riyals. It's also worth mentioning that if you don't want to eat the hotel's dinner, you have to bring food up there, and you basically can't find a place to buy food after you go up. If you choose to dine at the hotel, basically the cheapest is about 15 riyals per person."
