"No breakfast, you can go to the restaurant next to it, it tastes good. Convenient parking, next to the highway, the traffic is very convenient. The room facilities are old and there is a small swimming pool, the children like it very much."

"The suite is large in size and suitable for a family of three. The air conditioning is also very powerful and the hotel parking lot is large. It's about 30 minutes from the waterfall and about 10 minutes from the pen center. It's very convenient to go anywhere."

"This was a decent-quality hotel, although I had hoped for a river view and got a ground-level suite with a view of the highway and what seemed to be some kind of meat processing plant. Nevertheless, the suite itself was excellent and the staff was friendly and efficient. There was no robe in my room, which is something that is depressingly common these days -- a luxury of the past, the absence of which I suppose cannot be blamed upon this particular establishment."

"A unique and beautiful place. You feel like you are stepping back in time when you open the front door. There is a quirkiness to no people working at the hotel during your stay and you receive an email with the codes to the front door and your room but that does add to the nostalgia of the hotel setting. I didn't have enough free time to really spend time to explore this special and rare place. The decor and atmosphere is beyond what any other hotel can offer at the price they offer. There is plenty of artwork to admire too. I stayed in room 204. If I am in St Catharines' in the future, I will stay there again.

GGuest UserThough it was the cheapest hotel nearby casino, and by the Falls.
We booked a City View room, ended up having a ”indoor pool view” room.
Size of the rooms was small, and the bathroom was definitely smallest I've ever been in. Worse the a budget motel/inn, bathroom was smaller then Tokyo mediocre hotel.

GGuest UserLoved my stay Heater & MayQueen are and were amazing customer service, communication and more two amazing women who helped add to the stay I had planned for my mothers birthday. We loved our stay the view of the Falls were amazingly beautiful. At check in I was given discounts to help enhance our trip or give us extra things to do. The view from the restaurant on site was ok and having a wider range of options to choose from would have been nice but food was good. Overall great stay!

99億少女的毒藥The window is full of finger print mark, we book for the falls view room and once we entered the room there are clearly uncleaned windows and once we open further the curtain, there are more marks, oily and dirty marks with kids finger and hands mark over the window, well, it's obviously the cleaner did not clean the places where they are covered, but more difficult to accept is the area which is clearly seen that it is not yet cleaned, we understand time is tight and it's the Canada day holiday, the rooms are busy, but we just want cleaniness, on the other hand, there are chocolate and other oreo chips on left on the ground, near the bin area (I understand it's dark and the carpet is in darker colour at the side too), but again, it is not been cleaned and vaccumed, we did not even try to look at other area underneth the chair or table, they are dusty too. I hope the hotel can be more cautious and check the cleaner's work after they claimed to be cleaned. The hotel can contact me directly I can provide more pictures we took and I hope they can enhance this situation in the future.

GGuest UserOur reservation was originally with Oakes Hotel Overlooking the Falls but due to room maintenance, they kindly arranged alternate accommodation for us and it exceeded all expectations! We were given a room at the Hilton hotel with a double king-size bed, stunning views of both the U.S. and Canadian sides of Niagara Falls, and even a relaxing jacuzzi that was perfect to unwind in at the end of the day.
The Hilton’s location was excellent, the room was super spacious and spotless and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful at all times. A big thank you to Oakes for swiftly securing another option for us and to Hilton for delivering top-notch service throughout our stay!

GGuest UserThe hotel really needs to listen to its reviews. Most people have really damned them for being a dirty stinky cesspit of a venue but actually it is pretty amazing. Very smart foyer, lovely warm and cosy rooms and an amazing location. However, the internet is SUCKY away from the foyer - I had to talk with reception and a support tech person to explain that the internet was bad in the room and it was turned around to seem like I was wrong. Get more routers in, it’s not that difficult. Also, breakfast MUST INCLUDE healthy options. There is not a fruit or vegetable in sight. If you don’t count the options of raspberry or strawberry yoghurts.
Personally, I think the hotel should rethink their pricing strategy. It is far too affordable; and breakfast (with fruit and veg) should be an upsell option. You have the location! You have an amazing swimming pool and hot tub! You even have top quality toiletries! I would have paid twice the rate without breakfast, which most properties in the area are doing.
Sorry for my rant but I know the hotel should and can do better.

GGuanhaitingtaotourAs a global chain hotel, the price in Niagara Falls is much cheaper than Marriott, Sheraton, Hilton and other hotels. Although the hotel is a 10-minute drive from the Great Falls, it is still a great value for friends who drive by themselves.
We booked a queen room with two large beds, which is more than 30 square meters. Each room has cable TV and a work desk. A coffee machine and ironing facilities are also provided. The rooms are clean and hygienic, and it is very comfortable to sleep at night. The hotel also has an indoor swimming pool, gym and business center.
The hotel is located opposite the ”White Water Walk” attraction in the Grand Canyon. It is only 2.5 kilometers away from Niagara Falls, Niagara Cruises, and Niagara Falls. It is only a 5-minute walk to the Niagara Railway Station, which is very convenient.

Aaman ugiVery good location for a low budget hotel. Beds are very old to the point that mattresses are sinking. Some rooms have strong smoke smell and others in the bottom floors are very dated.
I enjoyed very much the small pool since it was low season and I was able to use it with no crowd. Nice water temperature.
Don’t expect any Falls view, it’s only a name attached to the area, you have to walk or use a very convenient bus that stops right in front of the hotel and it takes you to the falls view area very conveniently and cheap, great for elders and people with mobility challenges
Overall, I was satisfied with the experience and stay

RroiberadorMy family went to Niagara Falls to celebrate my 20 years anniversary with my wife. Room was good. It allowed 3 adults and 2 children. The place is just 15-20 mins away from the falls. Everthing was good, staff is so good. the only thing that we suggest is place a kettle in the room for hot water, toothbrush/toothpaste and sandals/slippers that we can use while in the room. They actually have hot water and free coffee and tea at the front desk. They also have a microwave for heating food. Overall, it was amazing! Thank you Days Inn.

彭彭Before making a reservation I didn’t realize there would be a huge amount of so called RESORT FEE plus relative taxes for just one night stay, but I admit that it’s my own fault for not paying much attention to the exact spot on the app where this additional tax will be due upon check-in. I also have to say many will be flocking to the confirmation stage just because the hotel put a nice price on the surface, and they do a good job for that kind of advertising.
The room I stayed is a suite concept, which is nice. The cleanness is acceptable. However, i was charged 2.99 each for two bottles of water, which I never came across in my previous stays at other hotel chains.
